The Rocky Mountains are so beautiful, especially in the Fall. I just watched an interview that Kelly Hogan did with Rebecca. Her story is amazing and inspiring on how she pushed through to health.

Oh man I’m so bummed- I live in Washington state and I fly out every May to North Carolina Greensboro to visit my son wonderful daughter-in-law and two beautiful baby girls at that time but this year they scheduled my sons Air Force work week for that week so I’m now not coming till June!! I am new on keto. First time I started December 29 of 2022 for spin three full month and I’m doing wonderful. Love yours and Dr. Berrys Utube I learn a lot.!!

Your cabin looks like it was the same area I stayed at in Gatlinburg! I had the same view :) I absolutely loved it there and almost moved there instead of back to Montana!!
We just got to Pigeon Forge last night and I can’t stop taking pictures outside our cabin! We are hear celebrating our 20th Anniversary! Sure would love to talk to Doc Berry about his thoughts on my early diagnosis of Mac D. Etc . I’m 55 but was diagnosed at 50. Much love and gratitude to you both! ❤❤
Macular degeneration? I believe it is linked to insulin resistance.
I am probably not telling you anything you do not already know , but for ‘ bouffant hair “ spritz with a bit of water mixed with cocoa nut oil ~ it is miraculous ( and very nutritious for the hair )
btw my hairdresser is very pro adding diluted ( or even not diluted ) oils to our hair , just as we moisturize our skin 😍

Good morning Neisha and dr. Berry😎. Question: Where i can get a v neck tshirt size women Large with a print: PROPER HUMAN DIET?. Thank you both for your awesome youtube videos. I really appreciate it,becouse by watching i actualy learn how to take control of my own health. My own dr.does not want to go with me on board. She actualy still prescribed me toxic meds,that my body does not need anymore... anywho..i will stick by eating PROPER HUMAN DIET/ OMAD, it works great for me. Ty so much to both of you. I stopped taking supplements. Over time they made me tired. Try it out at least temporarily.
Remove one at a time. I would start with vit D (It's actually a hormone). I believe there will be more news coming out in the future about its bad effects.

@@NeishaSalasBerry i thought after i posted it could ac ... heater unit . thank u . i do want to find out . how to eat better . cause it seems like no matter what i do my sugar number r up and down .. i try to figure out a low carb and or low or no sugar. evan awhile after i ate yesterday. morning i checked and it was about 4 hours later . and i was at 218 . yikes. so i did acv later on and then no dinner . so far only coffee with whole milk . but b4 any coffee took my 30ml of acv then nothin but the coffee. i am havin last coffee right now . i may not eat till after doctors appt tomarrow morning . this apppt. has been wait over 2 months here . i have been watching ......eric berg .....sten ekberg ... beat diabetes .... and your and husband vids . trying to figure out what i need to do .
