How to make lamb stomach ( dulet)
Get a handful of lamb belly then cut it into parts
Then wash it

Put all of it in a mixer then blend until it’s cubed

get a few kidneys and also cut it up
Get a pan and add few spoons of oil
Then add chopped onions
After add a small bowl of concentrated garlic
Then add the lamb belly in the pan
Second add the red meat
third add all spice with salt
Add a few other seasonings
Then let it cook
After add the goats liver
add another chopped onions
Add butter
Add chili powder
Add green bell Pepper
Add rosemary
