I think to keep it calm and not too complicated, because if Tracey for example has a photo of her living room in the background of her confessional and she’s touring a property and her confessional pops up, the person who is watching it might assume that her living room is the living room of the toured house, which is not the case!☺️
The House definitely looks like it could support the $10 and a half million number. Absolutely stunning. Those folks overbuilt for the market but hopefully they can hold out for that number. They’ll basically just be breaking even. That seller did a magnificent job!

Sometimes homeowners put more money in than they can get out. This may be one of those cases. I don't think it was a wise investment but who knows this may be the one rare occasion where you can get it back. Rule of thumb buy low sell high. Never put more in than you can get back. Unless you like throwing money away.
