I think they looking too deep in the situation. Tasha wouldn't have cared if Lawerence kept her as the side piece as long as she got her time with him. She asked him out when he was with Issa, invited him in to eat/fuck after he told her he was with his ex....the only time she got mad is when she didn't get HER time with him and didn't return to the cookout.

Jay is a little much...shady towards his male co-star and always defending his character like he has a total lack of perspective. Sheesh
Issa was in a position of power to be able to say something about what was happening to the latino students and it was atrocious that she didn't feel moved to say anything. Now she stayed silent for one of two reasons, 1. She genuinely didn't think that Gaines' casual racism was a problem worth jeopardizing her position over or 2. She thought the cost of saying something would hurt their progress at the school. Either way, she handled it real real REAL badly.
