I want Kelly to have a bigger role. I feel like Tiffany already has a big back story. She's a narcissist, she's married with a baby, she works with Condola. We need to know more about Kelly. What's going on in her life. That one episode at the baby shower made her so much more interesting.
@@JayLWO but Tiffany is VERY secretive about her life and her true feelings like back in season 1 when she said her and her husband were having problems and when Issa asked what's going on she said don't worry about it were good or how the group found out she has other friends outside of them at the baby shower or even the conversation her husband just had with Lawrence about the baby and how it changed everything. Tiffany is that friend that will only show people the good parts of her life and down play the bad parts

Idk I feel like they’re best friends, even if they’re beefin, I’d expect her to still help her out, have faith that their friendship will resolve itself like I’m sure it has in the past. They’re not acquaintances, they act like sisters and considering it really wasn’t that huge of a favor to simply ask your man, who also is cool with your bf, if dude was available for a block party. It ended up working out and everyone had a great time. What is the problem?!?! But I agree I wanna know kelli’s career, I bet seeing her dating life would be hilarious. Yes!!!! Issa definitely takes Molly for granted and Molly takes Issa for granted. They need to talk like for real. I think it's easier for people to see Molly as a villain because they expect more maturity from her than they do Issa. When both women need to respect boundaries. And the show needs more Kelli!
I think what we expect is for 2 grown women with the years of friendship these two have under their belt, to talk. The passive-aggressive bit is absolutely ridiculous! How can they say they're friends yet refuse to properly address the true issues whatever they maybe! I'm almost over it man.

It's easy to forget that even our most consistent relationships require patience, understanding, and sometimes revamping. I think the situation is so frustrating is because it's so accurate. It's not showcased like most tv shows where it's a big blowout over one thing than they make up in two episodes.
I don’t feel like they take advantage as much as for some time now, they’ve both accepted each other’s role in their life, but now both of them are changing and have to figure out their new roles. Molly was always issa’s “fixer” cause molly had her stuff together and could be there for Issa cause she didn’t have a man or other friends apparently. Issa was always messing up and not getting anywhere so molly felt better about herself and could save the day or make Issa feel worse. Now Issas doing things on her own, seeing success and even getting a new friend and I think molly feels she’s losing her place in Issas life. You could tell from when Issa was having dinner with condola and molly had a problem with it. I think she wants to feel like she has a life separate from Issa too. In conclusion, molly is the problem and I can’t stand her. If she wasn’t a fictional character, she’d be in my burn book.

Issa's reaction to Molly's call really threw me off guard, like how would you assume she would do that ? She might be your friend but as a friend I felt like knowing their rocky situation you should have known it would probably place Molly in an uncomfortable situation ... Plus she already used him when Nathan was missing and allowed you to search in their apartment.
i think like Issa said during the convo, TV Issa has had tunnel vision sooo even if Molly talked about her relationship issues it probably went through one ear and out the other
I love Kelli so much, one of my favourite characters. But 4 seasons in and they still haven’t given her a meaty storyline. Now that Tiffany’s baby storyline is out of the way can my sis Kelli get some shine.
Natasha who plays Kelli. is a writer and producer on the show, I’m surprised she hasn’t pushed for more of her character. They are going into S5 now so hopefully there will be more of Kelli now that Issa and Molly are on the mends.

I am such a fan of INSECURE. Thank you for highlighting the disregard of Black women’s health and birth. Crucial topic. Well done. Target and poignant. Molly and Issa are just missing each other. Relationships are just that... relationships... two way. Issa has not been there for Molly and has been taking her (Molley’s) insecurities for granted. Molly assumes too much eg Lawrence and Issa leaving at the same time but not together. I love their girl-thing and know that they will get through the disconnect. They are sisters for life. Keep up the good work.
Great wine down. Molly is far from perfect and can definitely be messy but the difference is Molly handles her own mess. Issa is messy and constantly needs to be saved by others, like Daniel basically rescuing her and letting her live with him for free. For Molly it is probably draining having to constantly be worried about "saving" her. Also it's normal for Molly to think that Issa "messed something up" so to speak cause she often messes things up, look at how she forgot to take care of the water and the tenants stormed her room lol Issa is consistently irresponsible and its not mean for Molly to assume as much until she actually changes this part of her behavior.
I’m on Molly’s side here tbh, Issa barely was talking to Molly for months but calls her up and just asks for a big favor without even asking how Molly is doing? I don’t agree with Issa’s approach. Also the questions Molly asked about the contract are valid and ones that Issa should have answers to before asking Molly to put herself on the line for a friend that’s not even talking to her.

I think it would have been really neat to showcase the conversations between tiff and the nurses and her Man. What tiff was feeling as a women of color and stuff you know? Like I’m not being shady, but I think it would of been interesting as Tiffney probably does think that she is better than her friends, hence the baby shower episode, to then having health concerns ignored, wearing a diaper, feeling possible post-partum. Maybe none of her other friends came to comfort her but Kelly did. And they had a long deep talk that they needed (like what Molly and Issa need rn).Would of been a deep episode to shoot!
Wow this show is so brilliant and incredibly understanding how life life is, In the we great show like this but sadly not anymore, as in America we also are 3% and this is still.
I just finished the whole series, had no idea what I was missing, but Kelly is my favorite and Natasha is a great actress because she doesn’t seem anything like Kelly, besides them both being smart! In real friendships I think we do have a tendency to take advantage sometimes but I think it’s when it starts to feel one sided that the resentment comes in!
Kelli needs a real story. I’ve enjoyed Seeing a plus size woman on the screen, in a lead story would be more interesting. I still feel like she’s a sidekick. Great show overall. Got my Hubby hooked 🤗

I feel like Molly isn't helping Issa out of hurt and disappointment. Molly and Issa are both codependents in relation to one another. Molly shows up with Andrew to Issa's fundraising event wanting her to focus on her fickle relationship with Andrew. And she deserted him while they were there and made him find his own way back home. Now, she wants to protect her relationship with Andrew. What relationship, bih? He doesn't even know where he stands with you. She is right for not helping Issa. But the timing is wrong. The lesson she wants to teach Issa will be lost. They're going to resent each other for deserting their friendship.
The body language is always so awkward. U can tell they really dont hang out behind the scenes. Just there because its in the contract. its sounding more and more like issa is the character she plays on the show in real life. Im not sure about that for everybody.
I think it's interesting how Molly vents to Tiffany (the superior friends), and Issa vents to Kelli (the lackey friends). Oh and that's not Derek's baby.

I feel like Molly isn't helping Issa out of hurt and disappointment. Molly and Issa are both codependents in relation to one another. Molly shows up with Andrew to Issa's fundraising event wanting her to focus on her fickle relationship with Andrew. And she deserted him while they were there and made him find his own way back home. Now, she wants to protect her relationship with Andrew. What relationship, bih? He doesn't even know where he stands with you. She is right for not helping Issa. But the timing is wrong. The lesson she wants to teach Issa will be lost. They're going to resent each other for deserting their friendship.

The body language is always so awkward. U can tell they really dont hang out behind the scenes. Just there because its in the contract. its sounding more and more like issa is the character she plays on the show in real life. Im not sure about that for everybody.
I think it's interesting how Molly vents to Tiffany (the superior friends), and Issa vents to Kelli (the lackey friends). Oh and that's not Derek's baby.
