I enjoyed watching their performance. then when I read most of the comments below...mostly bitter. why guys? let's just enjoy the Sinulog. we are dancing for the Holy Child and not to bag a prize.
This was really a good performance, deserving to win Sinulog. But if they want to win Aliwan, they need to improve their storyline and production. Iba kasi criteria sa Aliwan eh. This would not stand against Manggahan and Dinagyang. Although Buyogan did not bagged the title but their production could give Hubon Mangungugma and Panayanon a tight battle... But I'm pretty sure, Tribu Kandaya has something up their sleeve...

Pinaka energetic at creative in storyline music and choreography is Dinagyang festival, pinaka bongga at makulay is Sinulog festival, pero pinaka masaya sa lahat is Ati-atihan ng Kalibo, pinaka magandang experience na napuntahan ko kasi pwede kang sumayaw sa daan kasama ang tribe. Dinagyang at Sinulog is just Commercial, manunuod kalang talaga.
I don't get bakit may yabangan at comparison nagaganap. Just so you know Dinagyang is way different from Sinulog festival. Sinulog is hailing the Sto. Niño while strictly dancing the two forward steps and one backward step. I'm not familiar sa Dinagyang steps but they do have similarities sa well known na Ati atihan festival.

Parang Tribu Alikarawat Lumad basakanon style. Yung butterfly at payong ng alikaraw at yung steps and golden inspired ay lasang lumad basakanon. Still, kung sila man nanalo, congrats! See you sa Aliwan 2018. :)

we know of course. different cultures doesn't intertwine with each other. in Sinulog we feel the GRAVITY of Sñr. Sto Niño while in Dinagyang you feel 'goosebumps' because of the performance.

ngayon ko lang napansin na this is very very similar to the Himag-ulaw in 2O11. iisa lang ang Dance Master nila definitely! if im not mistaken.
