Mavuika is new character and not from liyue. Yelan and xianyun first release in liyue latern rite before, its made sense since the both from liyue. One of the archon who already to liyue are venti and furina. So probably furina will have rerun after neuvillete like before. If like that 5.4 will be mavuika and the rumor about mondstat expansion on 5.5 will be true then since venti definitely will be there.

I'm thinking in my theory that Mauvika and Citlali might be releasing the banner after the archon quest Because every archon banner and the archon character quest release it but only after the archon quest in the same date. Remember how Venti releases the banner, and it was included the archon character quest, but it was till after the archon quest. Also, Zhongli banner release but it was release after the archon quest. Including Raiden Ei release the banner with her character quest, but it was after the archon quest. Also, Nahida and Furina release the banner with their character quest, but it was release after their archon quest.
I think they are doing the same thing that ZZZ did in their drip marketing of their most anticipated character where they delay the drip marketing of Miyabi 3-4 days when Yanagi's banner releases. Because every archon banner and the archon character quest release it but only after the archon quest in the same date.
Remember how Venti releases the banner, and it was included the archon character quest, but it was till after the archon quest. Also, Zhongli banner release but it was release after the archon quest. Including Raiden Ei release the banner with her character quest, but it was after the archon quest. Also, Nahida and Furina release the banner with their character quest, but it was release after their archon quest.
They won't say anything about Mavuika's kit until the last minute that Chaska's character will sell well
I think they are doing the same thing that ZZZ did in their drip marketing of their most anticipated character where they delay the drip marketing of Miyabi 3-4 days when Yanagi's banner releases.
I think they realize that doing a drip marketing before the new character banner comes out hurts the sales of the next banner.

idk when they normally release drip marketing but it's still 9:30 am by me. This video released 5 am my time. Seems a bit early to be saying it isn't happening today.
What if....They give us 2 high demand characters at the same time so that we waste primos on them bc of our gambler mindsets, THEN they release the 2 new characters when we're out of primos?!
