Jose Peña 10 months late, but I myself have tried looking up sunglasses similar to Mariah's, and the closest thing I got to was vintage pairs from the 90s being resold. They were usually from high end brands such as Chanel and Gucci, but they're all priced above 250$ sadly. The frame was quite common back then, although I have noticed that brands are making glasses a bit similar to these again.
