Spider-Man 2 just got announced and all I can say is Insomniac are legends for putting out these many high quality games in this amount of time. Looking forward to Wolverine and Spider-Man 2!
I remember watching this and thinking 2018 was so far away. Now we’re here in 2021, just watched the reveal of Spider-Man 2 that releases in 2023 and now that’s seems far away
Me too. THAT was the thing that stole the trailer for me, and sold me right away. The game is fantastic, but for that to not be in there was a let down for sure.
I remember watching E3 2016 in the middle of the night, I was 15 and just couldn’t believe my eyes. All the previous SP games were ok at best, so this was simply mind-blowing. I remember sending screenshots of the presentation to all my friends and messaging in caps with my hands shaking. Can’t wait to play the second game. Thanks, Insomniac.
It was around 6am in the morning, I was 15, I remember seeing the title and I was like noooo way. Seeing the swinging, seeing spiderman interact within inside a building let alone seeing his animations against tables and pillars was just cool. It made me think of the others games growing up on the ps2, wishing he could enter random spots, so to see that scene and the swinging, I was blown.

It wasn't the cafe, but you can see that they used the same setup when doing parkour through the office building when you are chasing the demon helicopter.

2016, I was sharing a bedroom with my sister in a cramped apartment. In a state that didn't feel like home. When this trailer dropped, I was reminded of the message of spider-man. It was this trailer that made me go "yep I need a ps4". I bought one and was not disappointed, especially 2 year later when this game dropped and I was no longer in a cramped apartment.
my number one is star wars battle front 2. I love that game and for it to be #1 is 1.) pretty high seeing as how I'm a huge game (I even own a NES) and 2.) means it's pretty good seeing as how I have played games lik gta 5, skyrim, borderlands2 and more... so yeah
When I started playing I didn't use that suit so much (in the story) I preferred the original repaired suit, but then when I achieved 100% I liked it, now it's my favotite spidey suit ever
I'm glad you said this. I had no idea that's why they hire new animators, because it was towards the end. That makes me feel a little more hopeful about this year (not saying it is coming or that I expect it to, but it makes me a bit more hopeful.)

Honestly, I like the suit. The white spider symbol is a nice contrast to the red and blue, therefore very distinctive and clear. Also, Im looking at this from an artistic standpoint, and focusing on the costumes whole composition. So that doesn't mean I dislike any Spidy costume up until now, because I actually admire them. And Im not forcing you to like this one either.
Well, as an Xbox gamer I'm bummed out I won't ever be able to play this game but that doesn't mean I can't say the following: Hope the game ends up being good! Enjoy PS4 folks

Insomniac made SO for Xbox because if they made it for PS, Sony wanted the rights to the IP. MS doesn't own the actual property to any of their exclusives lol (they recently acquired Gears in like 12' for crying out loud). they lost Bioshock, ME, Titanfall, and Dead Rising 4 may be timed for this time around like RoTR.

I really like the costume, finally a new spiderman suit. It looks cool in my opinion. Also, the guy who voices Sasuke from Naruto, Ben from Ben 10, Yosuke from Persona 4, and Gen from Tenkai Knights - Yuri Lowenthal is playing him. Hopefully Peter Parker looks cool as well.

This just got recommended to me, and Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is releasing in 4 days. Hard to believe this trailer dropped over 7 years ago. What a journey

Honestly, I like the suit. The white spider symbol is a nice contrast to the red and blue, therefore very distinctive and clear.
Also, Im looking at this from an artistic standpoint, and focusing on the costumes whole composition. So that doesn't mean I dislike any Spidy costume up until now, because I actually admire them. And Im not forcing you to like this one either.
Btw this game looks pretty cool, I can't wait to see more off it.

except tomb raider is coming to ps4 on october 11 with all dlc and new modes and croft manor content and will also be more stable. Btw spiderman isn't a timed exclusive. Its only coming out on ps4

Rustle The Musical Gorilla. no Insomniac wanted to make sunset overdrive exclusive to xbox and they used the platform as a foundation to earn money without risking losing their reputation with playstation. If it were a success which it wasn't they would have probably done a multiplatform sequel. That's just my opinion

Insomniac made SO for Xbox because if they made it for PS, Sony wanted the rights to the IP. MS doesn't own the actual property to any of their exclusives lol (they recently acquired Gears in like 12' for crying out loud). they lost Bioshock, ME, Titanfall, and Dead Rising 4 may be timed for this time around like RoTR.

I really like the costume, finally a new spiderman suit. It looks cool in my opinion. Also, the guy who voices Sasuke from Naruto, Ben from Ben 10, Yosuke from Persona 4, and Gen from Tenkai Knights - Yuri Lowenthal is playing him. Hopefully Peter Parker looks cool as well.
