Also thank you for highlighting the reasons to love and hate Buffalo Bill Cody. I really appreciated the last story. The tale of the Native boy being saved by Sitting Bull.
He gets to live forever though. Maybe he chose that, like Achilles. Not that he's gonna be as legendary as Achilles, but at least we know billy the kid actually lived.
