Great job filming and chasing Big Boy! It's very fun hearing that steam whistle blowing. The first three clips were cool because of the multiple crossings allowing for a nice whistle show. The chase scenes were quite fun. The overhead shots you took at Belvue turned out very neat. That last spot you filmed in Manhattan was awesome because of the mechanical bells at the crossing. Overall, I think you did very well, especially for having to manage three cameras, lol. Liked and keep up the great content!
I love the old steam engines and trains in general, but whenever you see an old girl pulling a lot of cars, there is a modern diesel electric in the mix that's doing most of the work @ 1:24
I know what you mean. They say she can pull the train under her own power but needed a diesel for PTC reasons. Now they fitted the PTC so the diesel isn't a required anymore but they still have the diesel for braking reasons to not wear down the custom brakes they made for the steam engine. That's what I've heard / read on the reasons for the diesel engine. I don't know, maybe next tour they do (my guess, 5 year wait for me again) won't have a diesel involved. That's just my guess however but that would be nice to see.

Just imagine when that sound was all you heard on a cold winter night echoing across the fields. What a beautiful sound and a beautiful train.
@@amishatheart47 would sound nice if not epic
