- In this tutorial video I'll show you how to crochet an easy puff flower. Plus I'll show you how to connect them together using the JAYGO - join as you go method.
Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from Naztazia. I love making crochet flowers. And these puff flowers are very cute. They also look different depending upon the yarn you use. You can make a single flower. Or you can join a bunch of them together to form a shape such as a rectangle, circle, square, crescent, etc.
I'll show you how to make the flowers as well as join them together. This project is a great way to use up leftover scrap yarn. Plus you can make a ton of these rather quickly.
I'm using 100% acrylic worsted weight yarn and a size H 5 mm crochet hook for my sample..

Hi, I would like to know if it's okay to connect them if I only have 5 puff petals flowers, instead of 6? It's just so cute and I want to make a bag with these flowers 🥺🧡. Thank you 🧡
Çok
The puff petal flower looks very easy to make and would serve well as a beautiful embelishment for a gift. Thank you for this tutorial!

You could always whipstitch them together instead of JAYGO. Which is what I will probably do.

❤❤❤
Back about 20 years or so ago, I made my girls each a blanket with flowers like these (or very similar) and they were so very heavy. LOL This does make me want to make a pillow cover or something though.
Wonderful!
Wow beautiful ❤❤❤❤can you make of normal flowers made with single and double ccrochet stitches. How can i join those?
😍
Well. It doesn't look too easy to me--the joining part, but they sure are cute. 😉
I love the flowers I love to make them 🙏🧶🏵️🌻
Thank you❤❤❤❤.
Where can i buy the hook you are using
👍🏼🌷🌻🌸🌺🥀🌹
I love fake flowers because of my allergies. 💜
Me too!!!
We can use smaller or bigger hook right?
Absolutely! And thinner or thicker thread and yarn. This is one of those types of patterns that any hook and yarn/thread combination still works nicely.
Lovely flowers that have a bit of body
Has anyone ever made a temperature blanket out of these?
Not me, but that does sound like a great idea!
