Though not a steakhouse, the best restaurant steak I’ve ever had would have to be the coffee rubbed Australian wagyu flat iron at The Bazaar by Jose Andres in Beverly Hills. It was a perfect rare to medium rare and the rub played harmoniously with the steak.
I've eaten there at multiple locations and have always appreciated the great service, price, and quality. One time the waiter even asked if I would like to take an extra box of fresh hot rolls home. The great smile I had that day.

Well line cooks, I am one and I assume that’s what you mean, it isn’t a “chef” but the chili is made by hot prep, they make the mashed potatoes and the hot sides like corn and green beans
This restaurant is stellar in a day and age so many are not. From the service to the food, it ROCKS. The service and all employees are always top notch, friendly and great at their jobs. You will feel welcomed from the minute you walk in the door. I hope they absolutely NEVER change their ways, their expectations/training nor their food.
I came to America for three weeks last year, I spent 1week on the beach in South Carolina & 2weeks in Kentucky. I went to the Texas Roadhouses in both states. I'm from England UK,and I have to say that those Texas Roadhouse restaurants are without any doubt the best I've ever been in (and I've been in hundreds). I had an excellent salad starters and then,oh boy,and then, the 23oz Roadhouse Steak, fabulous meat,Wilde's &fries, all the while supping down the taste fantastic Peach cocktail. I asked my American friends if I was in heaven, and just when everybody thought I had eaten enough I dived into the Granny's Apple Tart & Ice Cream, oh I had a magnificent time. Great food, great music, a wonderful staff country dance,cocktails, and an atmosphere to die for, oh and yes though difficult for this domesticated guy from Aylesbury Buckinghamshire, England, I threw my monkey nut shells on the floor and made a "cracking" mess on the floor, wow that's been many,many years since I did that. All in all I can not wait for 2021 when I shall be coming back, I loved the food, the people, and the beautiful beaches and countryside to die for in and around Lexington. Thank you America and thank you the friendly people within, and a huge thank you to The Texas Roadhouses.

In the states theres the North/South Carolinas BBQ, Nashville BBQ, Kansas City BBQ, Chicago BBQ, St.Louis BBQ and my favorite being from Texas.., Texas BBQ. If you want the best Brisket, prob in the world, you have to go to Austin Tx for Franklins BBQ. Franklins has the best Brisket Ive ever tasted; but get there early. The lines start at like 3 to 4a.m. and they stop taking in customers when they run out of Brisket. Franklin's usually goes thru @ 120 Briskets every day. Being born/raised in Texas I do my own Smoking/Grilling, have travelled all over the States so I know good BBQ - there are a lot of good BBQ restaurants here and there but Franklin's Brisket is rediculously good. You dont know what you are missing until you've had Franklin's BBQ Brisket. Anyway, there's my plug for Texas BBQ

At Texas Roadhouse we have hand cut steaks, made from scratch sides and dressings, fresh baked bread, fall off the bone ribs (my favorite), ice cold beer and legendary margaritas. The line dancing and birthdays are really fun too. Take it from me, you’ll love it.
I first discovered Texas Road House while working in Texas. The food was great, served by the friendliest people and I had to go home to Kentucky. Low and behold, one finally opened in my area. They made me very, very happy. I love that steak!
Im currently working at Texas Roadhouse in Harrisburg, PA. Honestly, it's the best job I've worked at due to the management alone. Right off the back the valued my hard work ethic. When I nearly passed out because I was over working myself (my other Co workers cleaning tables weren't helping much and it was crazy busy), they immediately had me stop and took care of me. Ever since then they paid close attention to make sure I didn't overwork myself again. Honestly, pretty much every manger in the building (front of house, kitchen, etc) became my best friend and helped me out when I wasn't making enough money by offering me a kitchen job. I'm currently away at college and i honestly couldn't happier working there as they are always happy to see me return and wish me the best when I have to go back. I couldn't have asked for a better job that supports me and values my hard work than the ones at Texas Roadhouse
That manager took advantage of the deaf person that worked there. Had this person work alot of over time so the manager could take vacations. This person also has health issues and ended up at the hospital. Had several mini strokes from the stress and the people that didnt care about this and were selfish and only did very little. Shame on everyone that works there. Not to mention a family member ate there said food was nasty and got food poisoning. Service was horrible too. Have a nice day.
I work at Texas Roadhouse and can say that this video is very accurate. They do make everything from scratch, and since we have a meat cutter we can hand cut a steak for you if you prefer a different size than what we have on the menu or in the display case. You can also pick your own steak out as well. They are huge on customer service. It makes it a great place to work for.
I worked for Sysco foods for 6 years and delivered to 3 locations. At of all the restaurants I’ve delivered to, they really make everything fresh and not frozen. People come in early to prep the fresh food daily.
The servers definitely do not make $15 an hour at least in Texas. It’s more like $2.13 plus the tips [minus] the tipshare for the bussers and bartenders and taxes. The only way they make their money is if they turn like 1000 tables.

Since they OPEN here in Prescott we make a "necesity" to go at least twice a month. The food always fresh and steaks deliciosly juice and w/ a wonderful flavor. Wonder they receive the meat from Argentina?, well no matter where, the rest. is not just a experience but a place we have to go, no exceptions!!!!!. Thanks for sharing this. I literally never had the restaurant assumed it was some random chain with microwave food. I'm actually seriously going to consider this one. We have a lot of dietary restrictions that require particular food prep so we trust very few restaurants. Knowing that have a butcher on staff and do everything from scratch is definitely a plus

I travel for work and have eaten at several Texas Roadhouse's in multiple states across the country. The taste is consistent every single time and is absolutely enjoyable. My go-to is the Bone-In Ribeye cooked Pittsburgh style. You can't go wrong with that nor the cinnamon butter for that delicious bread.
I don't go to the Texas Roadhouse. The last place I lived we were regulars.Great service and food. We moved to a different city without one and a few years later they built one here. Now this one every,single,time we have visited they messed up our order one way or another. Granted they fixed the problem but still, why go somewhere you have to get something fixed all the time?
The Texas Roadhouse in Willoughby, Ohio used to be our favorite restaurant. However, we stopped patronizing the restaurant because the quality of the food and the service was lacking. It has been awhile since we had a meal at the eatery. This video inspired us to give it another try.

We love Texas Roadhouse steaks. They have great seasoning and are so tender. The salads are fantastic with all the fixings on them. Now the rolls… yum yum! We miss the roasted peanuts though.

Yes, that's right folks- some restaurants offer free meals to" qualified " veterans, which usually means only those who did 20 years active duty service, and possess a permanent Veteran identification card to prove it. If you are a 2- 19 year Veteran of active duty military service, even if you served 19 years and didn't fulfill whatever qualifications you must meet to get your retired Veteran card, you aren't really considered a veteran by many establishments at all and on Veteran's Day, you get zilch, nada, bupkus, nothing. How do I know this? I myself am a Veteran of the US military who did Not do 20 years, hence, an "unqualified" veteran.

I wouldn't say it's overly affordable. It's gotten pretty expensive during the "pandemic" but then again prices everywhere have skyrocketed. It's still great food though and incredibly consistent.
This place is awesome and consistently good. I've eaten there 100's of times. You can get a perfectly cooked filet at literally 1/2 the price of a fancy steak house - and the streak is equally good if not better. Ironically the only bad experience I've had at RH is at the Willie Nelson (pictured in this video) Roadhouse in South Austin. They screwed up my meal 3 times on the same visit.
I've dined at the Texas Roadhouse many times ,including my birthday a couple times. I always reminded the waiter that the size his tip was based on his not dragging that damned saddle to the table to embarrass me. He understood me perfectly.
I have to admit their smoked prime rib is without a doubt the best I've had. The Ribeye's are also most often exceptional. Their Caesar Salads are my very favorite. Yeah.....the rolls are addicting

They do a lot for the community and support the Wounded Warrior Project, our Veterans and all of our First Responders! A great place to go!!!
Within the last year we’ve actually added a couple new items to menus across America, like the herb-crusted chicken (which is delicious, if you were wondering), and some stores offer chips with homemade queso and firecracker shrimp. One thing this video doesn’t mention at all but I think is worth noting is that it’s a great place to work! I’ve found that most American companies tend to have the dime-a-dozen mentality about their employees, but Texas Roadhouse really cares about their people and strives to make it a fun, safe environment for everyone. I’ve worked at six different locations and it’s been the same everywhere I’ve gone! It’s a chain restaurant, but it’s the most authentic and high quality one out there.
The roasted half chicken was taken off the menu...which sucks cause my daughter is allergic to red meat, but actually loved Roadhouse for that chicken...
I like that I can count on the foods I like. I like that they keep the menu relatively the same for long periods. I enjoy the Texas Roadhouse experience, and I cannot say that about many of the chains. Keep doing what you are doing!

Agreed! It’s a shame that Olive Garden serves bagged salad and prepares very few dishes in house. The worst is places like Applebee’s and Chili’s. They literally cook almost nothing in-house. Nearly everything-including their popular riblets-is frozen and simply microwaved or oven heated and served.
I went to Texas Roadhouse on Sunday last week I got potato’s skins with bacon cheese and sour cream for a appetizer and I got a chicken thing with onions on it and chili crackers and cheese and mashed potatoes with white gravy it was good BEST BREAKFAST
This is our favorite restaurant (Old Bridge NJ Location). Never had a bad meal there. Also, they have continued to serve us all through the pandemic and their family meal deals have been the best part of Friday nights while on lock down. The best steaks, great drinks and a fun atmosphere...and the bread. Def the bread. I'm also proud to say we helped open the North Plainfield NJ location. (I led the fire alarm install there). Keep up the good work Texas Roadhouse!

Logans steakhouse used to be my favorite place for a steak. Then I had a steak from Texas Roadhouse and fell in love with the place! Whenever I want to go out to eat, I go there!
Everything in a TRH kitchen is homemade.. the rolls, the butter, chili, gravy, the sauces, dressings.. even the croutons. They serve all USDA beef - delivered and cut daily. One tip.. order your steak with extra seasoning. I’ve eaten here for years and only had 1 recook. For the price, you can not beat TRH 💯

Texas Roadhouse is loud so if that bothers you go elsewhere. I believe they had a quality issue a number of years ago but I recently went there for the first time since then and the meal was impressively good. That particular location is always packed whereas the ones I used to go to not so much so maybe it was a location issue, don't know for sure.
That's my favorite meal there! I order that almost every time. Medium rare ribeye, baked potato loaded, house salad with ranch, bread and butter, beer and a Jamaican Cowboy for dessert.

Okay so I never ate a Texas Roadhouse in my life until Valentine's Day of this year (2020) because my boyfriend and I wanted to try something new. Let me just say, AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE! Never have I had such and amazing experiences. The flavor in my mouth was exploding and just making me so happy. The rolls and cinnamon butter where like heaven and once we got our food 🤤🤤.... the sirloin I ordered melted in my mouth, I never knew meat could do such a thing. The loaded baked potato, neither scolding hot nor cold but just right; and those ribs, ugh!! 🥴 Just slipped off the bone, not to mention the taste! I'm not one that loves BBQ sauce but those ribs were something else! Then the service was beyond what you expect. Our server was super friendly, and came to check on us regularly. Always with a smile on their face and when we left we were satisfied. We recently went again, this time with my mom because we wanted to thank her for helping us out through some tough times and we thought why not. Originally we planned to take her a week or two after we had first went but that couldnt happen. In the end we had the same experience and she also loved it, the best part, this time we had our server speak Spanish and that helped alot with my mom because she only knows so much. It was the most amazing thing ever! Over all I thought the the check was going to be in the 100s but to my surprise it was just below 100 and for 3 people; I was surprised. I will definitely go again and again. I enjoyed it so much and I dont doubt I'll enjoy it in the future. Especially now knowing that they care how things are done and how much they care about they're community and employees 🥰🥰
best advice for the hearing sensitive, take ear plugs!! last one I ate at was over 120 db! I took the db meter with me!! or if you have hearing aids, take them out!! LOUD PLACE!! but food... yea they have food game!! pretty good stuff!! and avoid if you are pnut sensitive!! but if you like fun places, yea this is one of the great's!!

I'm a regular customer at our local Texas Roadhouse, I've never been disappointed with the service or the food. The cooks prepare my steak exactly as I order it, my favorite is a Porterhouse, medium rare only salt and pepper, baked sweet potato, Porterhouse..... did I say Porterhouse twice? Yep, I'll have two of them, that's how delicious they are. Also, being a huge supporter of our LEO and our military is a big deal especially in today's environment. Thank you TRH for caring.
I worked at Texas Roadhouse in Mansfield TX for 3-4 years multiple jobs. Salad is one of the hardest spots to work working the rolls was my fav station. Constantly making fresh batches of bread and cutting them to the exact right weight. Cinnamon butter made daily. The meat is cut fresh daily, the meat cutter spends 12 hours in the fridge cutting meat fresh. All your sides made fresh daily. The whole first shift from 9-3 do nothing but prep food for the day. Never any shortcuts taken. Till this day greatest cooking job ive ever had, taught me a lot. Now my steaks make people melt.
I've never gotten a bad steak at a Texas Roadhouse and that is not something I can say about any other chain restaurant. They are also the most reasonably priced of the chain steakhouses in my experience.
I love the Texas Roadhouse 100%. The food and atmosphere is very nice. My daughter took me there for the first time and I love it. That is my favorite place to eat how about you.!!!

Im currently working at Texas Roadhouse in Harrisburg, PA. Honestly, it's the best job I've worked at due to the management alone. Right off the back the valued my hard work ethic. When I nearly passed out because I was over working myself (my other Co workers cleaning tables weren't helping much and it was crazy busy), they immediately had me stop and took care of me. Ever since then they paid close attention to make sure I didn't overwork myself again. Honestly, pretty much every manger in the building (front of house, kitchen, etc) became my best friend and helped me out when I wasn't making enough money by offering me a kitchen job. I'm currently away at college and i honestly couldn't happier working there as they are always happy to see me return and wish me the best when I have to go back. I couldn't have asked for a better job that supports me and values my hard work than the ones at Texas Roadhouse

That manager took advantage of the deaf person that worked there. Had this person work alot of over time so the manager could take vacations. This person also has health issues and ended up at the hospital. Had several mini strokes from the stress and the people that didnt care about this and were selfish and only did very little. Shame on everyone that works there. Not to mention a family member ate there said food was nasty and got food poisoning. Service was horrible too.

I work at Texas Roadhouse and can say that this video is very accurate. They do make everything from scratch, and since we have a meat cutter we can hand cut a steak for you if you prefer a different size than what we have on the menu or in the display case. You can also pick your own steak out as well. They are huge on customer service. It makes it a great place to work for.
I worked for Sysco foods for 6 years and delivered to 3 locations. At of all the restaurants I’ve delivered to, they really make everything fresh and not frozen. People come in early to prep the fresh food daily.
This used to be my mother's favorite restaurant. She died in 2011. 💔

Since they OPEN here in Prescott we make a "necesity" to go at least twice a month. The food always fresh and steaks deliciosly juice and w/ a wonderful flavor. Thanks for sharing this. I literally never had the restaurant assumed it was some random chain with microwave food. I'm actually seriously going to consider this one. We have a lot of dietary restrictions that require particular food prep so we trust very few restaurants. Knowing that have a butcher on staff and do everything from scratch is definitely a plus

I travel for work and have eaten at several Texas Roadhouse's in multiple states across the country. The taste is consistent every single time and is absolutely enjoyable. My go-to is the Bone-In Ribeye cooked Pittsburgh style. You can't go wrong with that nor the cinnamon butter for that delicious bread.
So far I haven't heard anything negative about Texas Roadhouse, I love this place, it is great every visit!

I don't go to the Texas Roadhouse. The last place I lived we were regulars.Great service and food. We moved to a different city without one and a few years later they built one here. Now this one every,single,time we have visited they messed up our order one way or another. Granted they fixed the problem but still, why go somewhere you have to get something fixed all the time?
The Texas Roadhouse in Willoughby, Ohio used to be our favorite restaurant. However, we stopped patronizing the restaurant because the quality of the food and the service was lacking. It has been awhile since we had a meal at the eatery. This video inspired us to give it another try.
Went there Wednesday the previous week and I have to say, I've been to many fine dining restaurants and I felt like I was treated better here. Worth going to the one in Willoughby again

Yes, that's right folks- some restaurants offer free meals to" qualified " veterans, which usually means only those who did 20 years active duty service, and possess a permanent Veteran identification card to prove it. If you are a 2- 19 year Veteran of active duty military service, even if you served 19 years and didn't fulfill whatever qualifications you must meet to get your retired Veteran card, you aren't really considered a veteran by many establishments at all and on Veteran's Day, you get zilch, nada, bupkus, nothing. How do I know this? I myself am a Veteran of the US military who did Not do 20 years, hence, an "unqualified" veteran.

I wouldn't say it's overly affordable. It's gotten pretty expensive during the "pandemic" but then again prices everywhere have skyrocketed. It's still great food though and incredibly consistent.
This place is awesome and consistently good. I've eaten there 100's of times. You can get a perfectly cooked filet at literally 1/2 the price of a fancy steak house - and the streak is equally good if not better. Ironically the only bad experience I've had at RH is at the Willie Nelson (pictured in this video) Roadhouse in South Austin. They screwed up my meal 3 times on the same visit.

I have to admit their smoked prime rib is without a doubt the best I've had. The Ribeye's are also most often exceptional. Their Caesar Salads are my very favorite. Yeah.....the rolls are addicting

Within the last year we’ve actually added a couple new items to menus across America, like the herb-crusted chicken (which is delicious, if you were wondering), and some stores offer chips with homemade queso and firecracker shrimp. One thing this video doesn’t mention at all but I think is worth noting is that it’s a great place to work! I’ve found that most American companies tend to have the dime-a-dozen mentality about their employees, but Texas Roadhouse really cares about their people and strives to make it a fun, safe environment for everyone. I’ve worked at six different locations and it’s been the same everywhere I’ve gone! It’s a chain restaurant, but it’s the most authentic and high quality one out there.

This is our favorite restaurant (Old Bridge NJ Location). Never had a bad meal there. Also, they have continued to serve us all through the pandemic and their family meal deals have been the best part of Friday nights while on lock down. The best steaks, great drinks and a fun atmosphere...and the bread. Def the bread. I'm also proud to say we helped open the North Plainfield NJ location. (I led the fire alarm install there). Keep up the good work Texas Roadhouse!

Everything in a TRH kitchen is homemade.. the rolls, the butter, chili, gravy, the sauces, dressings.. even the croutons. They serve all USDA beef - delivered and cut daily. One tip.. order your steak with extra seasoning. I’ve eaten here for years and only had 1 recook. For the price, you can not beat TRH 💯

Texas Roadhouse is loud so if that bothers you go elsewhere. I believe they had a quality issue a number of years ago but I recently went there for the first time since then and the meal was impressively good. That particular location is always packed whereas the ones I used to go to not so much so maybe it was a location issue, don't know for sure.

Okay so I never ate a Texas Roadhouse in my life until Valentine's Day of this year (2020) because my boyfriend and I wanted to try something new. Let me just say, AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE! Never have I had such and amazing experiences. The flavor in my mouth was exploding and just making me so happy. The rolls and cinnamon butter where like heaven and once we got our food 🤤🤤.... the sirloin I ordered melted in my mouth, I never knew meat could do such a thing. The loaded baked potato, neither scolding hot nor cold but just right; and those ribs, ugh!! 🥴 Just slipped off the bone, not to mention the taste! I'm not one that loves BBQ sauce but those ribs were something else! Then the service was beyond what you expect. Our server was super friendly, and came to check on us regularly. Always with a smile on their face and when we left we were satisfied.
We recently went again, this time with my mom because we wanted to thank her for helping us out through some tough times and we thought why not. Originally we planned to take her a week or two after we had first went but that couldnt happen. In the end we had the same experience and she also loved it, the best part, this time we had our server speak Spanish and that helped alot with my mom because she only knows so much. It was the most amazing thing ever! Over all I thought the the check was going to be in the 100s but to my surprise it was just below 100 and for 3 people; I was surprised.
I will definitely go again and again. I enjoyed it so much and I dont doubt I'll enjoy it in the future. Especially now knowing that they care how things are done and how much they care about they're community and employees 🥰🥰

I'm a regular customer at our local Texas Roadhouse, I've never been disappointed with the service or the food. The cooks prepare my steak exactly as I order it, my favorite is a Porterhouse, medium rare only salt and pepper, baked sweet potato, Porterhouse..... did I say Porterhouse twice? Yep, I'll have two of them, that's how delicious they are.
Also, being a huge supporter of our LEO and our military is a big deal especially in today's environment. Thank you TRH for caring.
I worked at Texas Roadhouse in Mansfield TX for 3-4 years multiple jobs. Salad is one of the hardest spots to work working the rolls was my fav station. Constantly making fresh batches of bread and cutting them to the exact right weight. Cinnamon butter made daily. The meat is cut fresh daily, the meat cutter spends 12 hours in the fridge cutting meat fresh. All your sides made fresh daily. The whole first shift from 9-3 do nothing but prep food for the day. Never any shortcuts taken. Till this day greatest cooking job ive ever had, taught me a lot. Now my steaks make people melt.
I've never gotten a bad steak at a Texas Roadhouse and that is not something I can say about any other chain restaurant. They are also the most reasonably priced of the chain steakhouses in my experience.
