Why is there a USB keyfob when there is no USB port? My S5 died today in the middle of an internet software upgrade. Now it won't power on. Still waiting to hear from tech support on next steps.
The accessory pack is the same with all the Michi units. The int amps can use the USB, while obviously the power amps can not. I also thought the USB had the manual on it. As for your software issue - the unit will need to go to a tech or your retailer. New firmware will need to be loaded via the RS232 socket.
Great amplifier (I wish I could afford one) and I love your videos. Keep making them, they are interesting. Although I would not want stand to the right of you when you do unboxings. Just kidding.
I've a favor to ask, when I move the power cable a little around on the back, say in a circular motion - the whole outlet part moves a little. If you tug on the power cable a few inches from the back of the unit and move it from left to right, up and down, does the power outlet part move at all or is it totally still? Slightly worried something is lose inside the case based on how much the power plug piece is moving. Would appreciate if you had a few moments to try it out and describe if the back of it moves at all! Thank you!!!
Ours do not move. But I guess it is not unusual for these plastic mechs to move a little. If you are conserned, chat with company you purchased in from. If that was The Listening Post, pop in for a chat.
