  • This is part of a series of me massaging my teacher in the UK, Dave Taylor.
He had a tight shoulder so I got tension out of his hand first.
Here is an interview with Dave, 3 months after the massage, about how he felt. • Interview with Dave Ta...
Hand reflexology, a form of alternative therapy, is believed to offer several potential benefits for alleviating shoulder pain:
Stress Reduction: Hand reflexology can induce relaxation by stimulating specific reflex points in the hands that are connected to various parts of the body, including the shoulders. This relaxation response helps reduce stress levels, which can contribute to the relief of shoulder pain, particularly if the pain is exacerbated by tension or stress.
Pain Relief: Reflexology may trigger the release of endorphins, the body's natural painkillers, which can help reduce the perception of pain in the shoulders. By applying pressure to specific reflex points in the hands that correspond to the shoulder area, hand reflexology can help alleviate discomfort and promote pain relief.
Improved Circulation: Reflexology techniques applied to the hands can stimulate blood flow to the shoulder area, promoting circulation and enhancing the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues. Improved circulation can help reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and support overall shoulder health.
Release of Tension: Hand reflexology can help release tension and tightness in the muscles and connective tissues of the shoulders by targeting specific reflex points in the hands. By applying pressure and using massage techniques, hand reflexology can help relax the muscles, reduce muscle spasms, and alleviate shoulder stiffness.
Balancing Energy Flow: In reflexology theory, reflex points in the hands correspond to specific organs, glands, and body systems. By stimulating these reflex points, hand reflexology aims to restore balance to the body's energy flow, promoting harmony and vitality in the shoulder area and throughout the entire body.
Complementary Therapy: Hand reflexology can be used as a complementary therapy alongside other conventional treatments for shoulder pain, such as physical therapy, medication, or chiropractic care. When used in conjunction with other modalities, hand reflexology may enhance the overall effectiveness of treatment and contribute to better outcomes for individuals experiencing shoulder pain.
Self-Care Tool: Hand reflexology techniques can be easily learned and practiced at home, making it a convenient self-care tool for managing shoulder pain. By applying pressure to specific reflex points in the hands, individuals can help alleviate discomfort and promote relaxation in the shoulders, providing relief whenever needed.
Overall, hand reflexology may offer a non-invasive and holistic approach to relieving shoulder pain, promoting relaxation, and supporting overall shoulder health. However, it's essential to consult with a qualified healthcare professional to determine the underlying cause of shoulder pain and develop a comprehensive treatment plan that may include hand reflexology along with other modalities.

Must be frustrating when these people have paid loads to learn off Brandon. And some one in the audience loves the sound of their own voice and repeatedly talks over Brandon while brand is speaking. It's passive a aggressive and emotionally imature.

The lady is actually have a conversation with him and asking questions. Yes during the video it can be annoying cause some people might watch the videos and view it as Asmr. I don’t think this lady is doing it on purpose.

@valentinalombardo2470 I respectfully disagree. A conversation is a two way exchange. Not aggressively talking over Brandon. Basically being an attention seeking ,baiting narcisist.

@@valentinalombardo2470 I like the fact that she verbalizes that a patient with very deep tension will have to pay A LOT more to get that tension worked out through this massage program. These visits aren't cheap for someone who is on the lower end of the income scale.
