6 Planets Align January 2025 Guided Meditation

6 PLANETS share their vibrations with you in this 15 minute guided meditation during this rare PLANETARY ALIGNMENT - January 21st 2025 and for four weeks after. A time of transformation and new beginnings for all the Zodiac Star Signs.
Mars, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn will be visible to the naked eye, Uranus and Neptune require a telescope to see.
My meditations always start with a blend of energies to surround and protect you while you meditate. They end with a sequence to bring you back and ground you.
As with any meditation, make sure you are fully grounded afterwards. Drinking water, touching the floor with your hands and feet at the same time, tugging your earlobes, walking in nature, are examples of methods that help to ground you.
This guided visualisation incorporates the meaning and purpose of sacred planets, colours and other symbolism.
