We have one and the air cylinder on the lower AI clamp went out. I was able to take it apart and clean it up, replace the O-rings, then put it back together. It would have been better to call Amada there isn't much room to work. Everything on that machine is hard to get to or its some weird size.
Why does Amada use 1 motor for both turrets, whereas LVD old machines used two separate motors for the turrets.
Engineering is not the same between machinery builder.

I have a 357 pega... and de index pin can't go inside when turret change of tool cause turrent not complete the swing, could have the same problem?
Check for Loos in the turret Chains .
