His owner decides he doesn't want his dog anymore so he throws him outside? What about taking him to a shelter for God's sake? What is wrong with people? Well, obviously the owner didn't care about this sweet dog and didn't deserve him. He is in a much better place now. Thanks to his rescuers for all the tender, loving care you showed this cute little guy. I hope he gets his forever home soon.
I ask myself that all the time. I will just never understand the cruelty and evil that "humans" possess. Of course, I believe, if you have no humanity, then you are not human.
