SAMPLE Q&A USING ABC FORMAT:
A and B got married. Prior to their marriage, A was afflicted with AIDS. Is there marriage valid, void, or voidable?
Following ABC, my answer will be:
Voidable.
Under the Family Code, a marriage is voidable if either of the parties was afflicted with a sexually transmitter disease which is serious and incurable such as AIDS.
Here, since A was afflicted with AIDS at the time of the celebration of their marriage, a sexually transmitted disease, then their marriage is voidable.
*So parang imerge nyo lang yung first two paragraphs nyo. :) Ang ikli lang diba?? 😊💜

Hellooo po atty. Meron akong clarification. If your legal basis is not really that specific (for example: no GR number, Article number, etc.) and you just chose to site (Name of Act, According to Jurisprudence, etc.) tapos tama naman po yung argument mo, will you still get a perfect point in that question? Yes! I believe so. Actually yan ang advice samin nung bar review. Rather than giving an incorrect legal basis, just say “according to jurisprudence/ decided cases by the SC”. Mas safe yan. :)
Pero sa law school, there are professors na naghahanap ng actual case title. Pero bihira naman yan. :) Basta ang bottomline, pag hindi ka 200% sure, just play it safe. 💜

No need to state "under the law," "under sec. 69," etc. It's a waste of energy and time. Hehe. Just provide what the law states. Straight to the point.
