I agree that partial refunds are a no-no under most circumstances. I had a buyer claim that the clasp on a $200 bracelet she bought from me was "sticky" and that her jeweler said it would cost $75 to fix. I apologized for the "sticky" clasp and offered a full refund upon return of the item. She conveniently disappeared. I then blocked her from ever buying from me again.
Hey Justin: Giving Ebay a second try. The first time 3 yrs ago I was terrified of taxes, accounting, shipping, yada yada. After watching your videos ..No Fear! I sold my first item today and with the power of Flipwise, I have all my numbers. Thank you so much!!!!
On the topic of uploading videos via desktop: I would also suggest lowering the quality settings on your phone before taking a video as well. I’ve had trouble in the past with video files being too big to upload to eBay, and have found that keeping the video 15-20 seconds long, filming at 30fps, and filming in regular HD (instead of 4K), keeps the file size manageable and much easier to transfer to your computer and upload to eBay.
My first ever listing and sale was 3 hours after I listed it. Got so excited and happy. It was a World of Warcraft SDCC lanyard from 2015 and there was only 1 other one listed on eBay at the time for $35~, so maybe I underpriced but it was definitely the fuel I needed to continue.
Justin, Thanks for posting this top. Literally today I had a buyer who purchased a 15 inch XMAS nativity sculpture which was pretty durable tell me that I packed it poorly (ironically most my customers compliment me on my packing. anyways said it came in broke and I got a picture of the box some of my ebay tape and a very small unidentifable piece that may or may not be the item. They said they were disappointed and told me I shouldnt pack with paper which I packed with bubble wrap around the item and paper and I was to refund there money. I told them I needed to see identifiable pictures of the item and then per ebay policy I would decide if I needed them to ship it back to me or not for a refund. This is almost exactly the same as one of the scenarios you gave. You want to always believe people are honest and you want to be a good seller but you have to protect your business to. Thanks again. MR C.
Here in central Florida the summer is the slowest time of year for garage sales. It’s too hot, the weather is super unpredictable and the mosquitoes are abundant.
Be careful with adding a second shipping option. EBay listing results will show the fastest shipping option and doesn't say if its expedited or regular. Most buyers are looking at the total cost of an item and even if you've priced your item exactly the same as everyone else the total cost of your item is now more expensive in the results and many buyers will skip over it
In a weird coincidence, right after you first mentioned that baking dish in a previous video I sold a very similar baking dish that also broke on the way. I almost made them send the pieces back, too. Then I saw their photos and realized that for an oblong breakable dish like that, I hadn’t packed it well. Now I’ll think twice before buying that shape of dish. It would have to be packed in a huge box, I think.
Wrap it in bubble wrap, put some packing paper stuffed around it in the box and more on top and bottom to act as a cushion. Box it up, then put that box in a slightly larger box with packing paper between the boxes.. works awesome for me and my customers! 😊
Hi Justin. First, thanks for being descriptive in your content. I usually listen like a podcast rather than watch. I'm a 78-year-old reseller. Many of my listings are liquidating my husband & my possessions, so the sell-through rate is not as big a consideration. I post, if the items don't sell, I donate. Does paying eBay's full ad rate place items higher on the view list? For the most part I try to price my items competitively, but I need to get eyes on them.
Just about every problematic buyer I've ever had, messaged me first before buying. Sometimes, their questions were red flags that I should have picked up on. Sometimes, they were basic questions or requests. Occasionally there is a comment on the purchase "please pack well" or "ship right away". For some reason anyone who wanted to rip me off, couldn't resist the urge to communicate with me and telegraph what was to come. It's unfortunate for the average customer with a necessary question because I am very quick to block anyone.
I ask for good packaging pretty often as a buyer, because things get damaged by shipping services so often, but also I've seen some really sloppy packaging which caused damage that could have been avoided.
@Sammzor That's understandable and a good idea. If you ordered from me, your comment would alert me to check your "feedback left for others" to evaluate you as a potential risk. Do you complain about packaging even when the item arrives safely? Do you regularely complain about condition? Are you drop shipping or using a frieght forwarding service? Most likely, everything is fine. I would respond confirming the good packing and follow through with the order.
@freakbuck I can't argue with that logic. At some point, all buyers and sellers take precautionary measures unnecessarily (based on past bad experiences). The 1% who abuse eBay can cause people like me to overreact with a "never-again" mentality. I'm sure I've blocked both good and bad potential customers. I operate with the belief that I am solely responsible for the safety of my business. I can't expect eBay to protect me against all bad buyers or senarios. It's an imperfect system of risk management but the best I can come up with to feel in control.
I’ve done videos on my listings. You’re right. It has to be done on a computer. I take very short videos with my phone and email them to myself, save them to the computer, open my listing draft and upload the video to the draft before listing. Because it’s not a simple process, it took me a very long time to try it, but there are some things that just need a video to help them sell. I’d had this wonderful T Rex “hobby horse” listed for a year and it just wasn’t selling. It was really cool and I knew if I could get the push-button roar on video, it would sell. So I swallowed my reservations and did the above steps. After a year of nothing, it sold in a week. So if I have something that moves or makes sound, I’ll do a video.
The biggest piece of advice Ive heard and it makes sense and I use it as my business model now. "The reason people can't sell things online is because they love their inventory more than everyone else."
I would assume that falls on the seller. The buyer isnt in control of packaging or shipping and wouldnt make sense to require them to handle the claim proccess.
I've added videos to my listings when it asks for photos on the desktop site. I use video to show how floppy a hat may be such as an "Adventure Time / Fin" hat that had ears.. I'll demonstrate puppets as well.
100% on the full refund if returned intact advice. I'm only at about 100 total sales, but the two times people made claims that I knew were not true, I told them to send them back. Instead, they disappeared . .
I look out for foam at garage and estate sales. It is usually very cheap. I will use it to pack around breakable items sometimes along with the bubble wrap, especially higher dollar items, for some extra protection.
Hi Justin. I just scored a small lot of high end dress shirts, new with tags in it's original packaging. Should I photograph them as is in their packaging, as opposed to pulling them out and photographing the details?
I often wonder when collecting inventory if I might get something haunted and I bring it home 😅 I only hope when it sells, whatever is attached to it goes with it 😂😂
I think the reason some odd things sell so quickly is because people have saved searches and get notified when a new item matching their search is listed
Had a buyer say that an item was missing. I asked for photos of what they received but they wouldn’t. I asked for them to ship it back; didn’t want to do that either. Reported me to eBay. I just wanted proof before I send anything
What to do after you get the bogus Negative feedback for not offering partial refund and eBay will not remove it because it doesn't violate eBay policy. was it worth it? I'm dealing with this now. How much is having a negative feedback removed worth
Thanks Justin. I took some listings advice, and small tips you gave to market my products on eBay and I'm doing quite well now selling my own home made products..
Another question - this time about shipping cost. I typically just enter the weight and size of the package and buy my label and move on. But I always look at what the customer paid for shipping vs what I actually paid, and because of the deep eBay discount it’s usually a fairly significant difference…and I feel a ping of guilt. Should I be lowering my shipping cost so the customer benefits, or is it common/okay to do what I’ve been doing? I wonder how I would anticipate exactly what the eBay cost would be ahead of time. Is there a set % off, so I could figure it out?
Hey Justin! I’m a newbie and I will be starting my eBay resell shop soon. Your videos have been so helpful! I was curious if you have sold any trading cards? Do you have any suggestions on return policies for these particular purchases? How should I go about shipping these discretely? Thank you for all of your help and I appreciate your videos!
Yesterday I sold an item and now I receive a message stating that the buyer has not received the item. Isn't this completly obvious? How could he have received it if it wasn't even shipped? Why does ebay let them send such requests and what should I do?
Hi Justin! I have recently sold some ebay listed items locally and have delisted these items before they had a chance to sell on ebay. To your knowledge, does ebay punish sellers who delist a hand full of items in a short period of time? Secondly, if an item is delisted, is there a best choice when giving ebay a reason why the item was delisted? Keep up the great videos. Thanks for your response!
I would never offer Free Returns! I'd be in the hole really fast. I'm not Amazon. One lady returned something just because she changed her mind or found another one she liked more. I accepted the return but she got upset about the cost to send it back. I did get a negative feedback which I thought was unfair since she's the one that changed her mind and I don't control postage prices on her end.
Hey Justin as far as uploading a video I had the same issue found out that if you open a store the option opens up to you on the full site not on mobile though I use Apple products so I just airdrop the video to my computer and then add it
Hey Justin, Does it look bad with potential sellers when I only have like a little over 200 solds but over 700 listings? Wonder if it looks like I have undesirable items. Fairly new seller. Thanks :)
Bates shoes and boots are police boots and security. We use them everyday. And expensive. But common tactical boot for men and women in law enforcement. So good buy
I learned the partial scam early on when I started. Now days I do not care what the reason is for a request. I will not refund until I get an item back. 99% of the time I never hear from the people again. Things do happen when dealing with 1000's of sales and items and it is just the cost of doing business. What I hate it always seams I get returns in batches of 3 or 4 every 3 months or so.. LOL Never have figured out why. And almost always the item was never even opened and buyers lied and opened a false INAD. I assume for buyer remorse reasons. No problem I am a top rated seller and I only refund them %50 in those cases and report them to ebay.
I ADORE the music 🎵 choice at the beginning of the video. Such a cinematic and humorous pick. That accompaniment really elevates your content even MORE than it was already! 👍🏻🏅 You are officially my fave TH-cam person relating to reselling and eBay. 🙂
The sucky thing is I found (getting my first ever negative feedback) that eBay will not remove them even if it’s a bit shady. I sold a mans jacket to a buyer, buyer gave me negative feedback saying it’s a woman’s, I offered a full refund on return but never heard from the buyer again. I contacted eBay about they negative feedback and even though I said it was a mans jacket and would fully refund eBay stated the buyer was not happy so they will not remove it. I guess 99.9% positive is not bad but it sux eBay will not stand up for sellers.
Been selling since 1999, I have had maybe a dozen returns requests since then. I almost always refund and suggest they donate to their favorite charity. Of course the items are normally $40 or less, but it worth not having a return hassle, and buyer is happy. Also, I may have been scammed a couple times 🤷♀️
I sent out 30% off sale yesterday and got a sale right away. The buyer messaged me saying that the 30% off wasn’t taken off and that she paid the full amount. As far as I could tell, she was correct and I refunded her the 30%. Since I’m a beginner, I was leery that she knows how to scam people (beginners). Has anyone had that happen to them? And if so, was it a scam or legit? Thank you.
I have gotten great info from you, thanks for that, but i really wanted to tell you how much i love your world globe in the background. As a globe collector i have never seen that one!
I do videos on all electronics, and you are correct. You can only do it on desktop. My process is take all photos/videos on my phone, then upload them to my google drive. Then I download them to my PC and build my listings from there. I know this sounds like a long process, but it’s actually really stream lined. Also when taking photos, I snap a shot of every SKU and it makes it super easy to stay organized when logging your data (which should be in Flipwise 😉)
Uploading, that sounds nice! My wifi and such isn't great (rural living) so I create the listing and take the photos then save for later. Then record my video and either email it to myself if it's small enough, or cable connect my phone to my computer and drag over the video. Then upload to the saved draft for publishing. Doesn't take long once you've got a process but I most definitely don't do videos for everything. Just what seems to need it to highlight the item nicely.
@@curiositykidsfinds I too do the rural living, starlink changed the game for me. Any process that works for you is the right one. And you are right, once you get any process down it goes super quick. 👊🏻
Sometimes it’s true though…it’s good to know if the product going out is justified. Used goods are not always 100%. I’m HATE INADs, so I gauge the individual circumstance
Hi Justin. If I sell a new factory sealed item, can someone return that item opened? Would be very frustrating to sell a rare high value item in new condition only for someone to return it opened.
Hello Justin - I'm new to the channel - & have zero experience at reselling. I'd like to start a small scale reselling side gig to see if I can be successful at it. If it works out - perhaps I'd attempt to expand on things going forward & scale up my "operation". I seem to learn subjects best when "how to" information is referenced & laid out concisely in printed form as opposed to only using video blogs & Facebook membership groups etc... Will you please recommend a reseller instructional book/printed course - that provides enough useful information to help me initially get "all my ducks in a row" with operational set up, basic procedures, proper inventory acquisition & practical sourcing methods etc. Unfortunately I'm the kind of person that needs a precise game plan in place in order to feel confident in what I'm doing - & I'd like to avoid as much of the basic beginner level trial & error/rookie mistakes as possible.
Hi Justin! I’ve had something happen to me twice and I wonder if it’s a “thing.” I had a competitive item listed that had several views and watches. Someone bought it then instantly changed their mind and asked to cancel. I accepted the cancellation request, and my item was re-listed - but now without any views or watches. I’m wondering if this is a tactic that sketchy sellers use to stall people from buying my item over theirs. I typically don’t think the worst of people, but I’m a little suspicious. Thoughts?
I just had this happen this week for the first time, super fast 'I bought this by accident' (less than 5 minutes), and had that exact same feeling/thought as soon as I saw that all my views/watchers were reset to zero after ebay relisted it.
I've had the same thing happen to an item that was not competitive. Most sellers have so many items that they wouldn't have the time to keep track of competition like that. I remember hearing something that after a buyer makes a purchase, ebay will show them related listings that may be the same item but cheaper, so they cancel and go buy that one. Thanks, ebay.
@@bobbiellison4315No, I was bummed that buyers who were interested and may want to come back to buy it won’t have history of having seen it before to be able to find it again easily.
I got hit by a combination of #1 and #2 this week. I sold a board game that included 24 pieces inside a zip-sealed poly bag. The customer emailed me a week after receiving it, claiming that 5 of the pieces were missing. Somehow they'd escaped the sealed poly bag, jumped out of the game box, and teleported through the shipping box. They were fishing for replacement parts or lost some of the pieces after receiving it, I think. I sent them some extra pieces as it only cost me a dollar or two, but they are now banned from buying from me again. Thankfully these scammers are few and far between. The sad thing is they could have just asked nicely and I would have tried to help them out, instead of starting out by barking demands and lying to me.
How do you deal with a bait and switch return? I've got a return coming back for a platter that was brand new. They say after they used it they discovered it was lopsided. I have no doubt mine was not lopsided. Because they stated they used it, am I free to give only a partial return? I'm certain what they are returning isn't what I sent. And now not only do I have a used item but a damaged one.
If you’re a top rated seller and you don’t offer 30 day free returns & say some damages ur item within the 30 days or switches their bad item for ur good item are you able to only offer 50 percent back to the buyer instead of the full 100 if that makes sense
I fairly recently started accepting returns, buyer pays though. I've gotten several already for things like "doesn't fit" (even if measurements or in the case of hats, size was given) and "ordered by mistake". If I offered free shipping and free returns, I don't want to know how much money I'd be losing. My sales have come to a halt pretty much after a wonderful streak (that ended after I had a NAD case, eBay said it was as described). I'm excited for Q4 but also wary of all the potential returns 😅 Do you know if situations like a NAD case claim and return can affect your algorithm on eBay?
The easiest way to upload a video to eBay is thru your phone. You take the video with your phone and then you add it like you would a photo. Super easy. Keep it under 14 seconds for easiest uploading!
Call me skeptical, but it's possible the buyer dropped the baking dish on the floor and it wasn't broken in shipping. Something we'll never know. A baking pan scam 😆
I take this item by item. Sometimes it's legit, and for me it rarely happens. Because it's rare it can be advantageous to partial refund. You won't get an inad and you won't pay for return shipping.
Great question from Stephanie and great Answer from JR..this is why you are the NUMBER 1 Reseller/ TH-camr in my book!! I'm cresting my 1 year anniversary and the video thing was a big question..I do pretty much everything on the APP.. Every single month of my 11month career is better than the last..because I research and incorporate EVERYTHING I learn! Now my question: I had the biggest sale thus far, last week $400+, an older Horror PC game, still sealed..so the buyer asked before buying if I could ship to South Africa, I googled it and was told Ebays international shipping includes South Africa..I told them, they sent an offer..I accepted but they didn't pay.. I messaged asking for payment and, they said it wouldn't allow payment until I changed my shipping preferences and it was detailed , multiple step instructions..very complicated and since I do everything through the app ( and I'm kinda technology challenged)I couldn't do it without cancelling the sale and relisting and changing everything..by the time I relisted I was too weary of a scam and wth that large amount at stake I didn't pursue the sale..have you had to change things because of where it's going? What do you think? Should I have attempted to make the changes or was I likely getting scammed.
I noticed going through my eBay listings on flipwise. I noticed that a dish I sold had no shipping cost for shipping. I purchased my label through eBay as I do with all my items. Was wondering if this was a glitch, so I checked eBay and the shipping cost was gone. Do you have an idea why the shipping cost would disappear?
I think you mentioned you used to work in product. I am a product manager but also side hustle with eBay. It seems to work for now. You ever think about going back to corporate?
The partial refund "scam" not always is. Like I ordered on xbox with multiple games and controllers but one of the controllers didn't work everything else was fine I still wanted everything else so I ask the seller for a partial refund for the remote that didn't work so as a seller and buyer I think a partial refund is fare in some cases
That buyer didn't even pack that dish they returned carefully, just dumped it in the box. Have heard of other buyers who received stones, empty boxes, wrong CDs etc for fake return goods. All we can do is filter out the scammers from legitimate returns. Don't stress out and let immediate Karma take care of the thieves. Thank you for all your information sharing. Videos are great for those selling equipment like VCRs, Nintendo etc; usually we do the video on the phone, send to ourself by email, then download to the PC, then upload into Ebay from the desktop; only issue you are extremely limited on the video size, so don't take a LONG video.
Question for you; when you end & re-list listings to keep them "fresh" do you include items that have watchers that don't seem to be buying or items that are still getting views or just those that are literally languishing?
Lauren, can you come back in a month and tell us how the optional shipping rate on eBay compares to your other platform? I have offered optional shipping on hundreds of listings on eBay and I have never had a SINGLE person choose the optional shipping method.
Videos can only be added to eBay listing via a computer; I take the video on my iPad, then email it to myself where I download it onto my windows laptop and can add to listing. A few extra steps but anything that moves makes noise or lights up I always add a video!
I was wrong about the Pampered Chef switcheroo! Great...except now you're out the money...and good luck getting USPS to reimburse you. I'm 0 for 2 with my (very legit) insurance claims. 😢
Bummer on your claims. I'm curious, were you able to take the package into the Post Office for review? I think that's the key. I actually just had a claim settled in my favor with USPS so it's not impossible. What I really think helped was the buyer took the item into the Post Office for inspection on by behalf (which I did not ask for and was shocked they took the time to do so! There are still fantastic people out there willing to be good to each other!) Now that Justin has the broken item and original box back, he can do the same after starting the claim (if he wants). Hopefully that will help push it in his favor. All assuming it was mishandling, not less than stellar packaging.
I have never heard that it is bad luck to sell tarot cards; rather, in some circles, it is bad luck to buy your first deck. It is supposed to be gifted to you. Interesting that tarot cards are not eligible for promotion on eBay.
"This shirt smells funny. What can we do about this?" "Hello! I'm sorry you're having issues with the item. Please initiate a return & ship it back. I'll issue a full refund upon receipt of the item." *crickets* 😂😂
Hey all. I have I think is a scam. I sent off a jigsaw puzzle unopened sealed and they said there was a piece missing. If it wasn’t sealed I of course would refund but this is a $50 puzzle and U look at what they are selling and they are selling used puzzles. What do you all think?
That certainly sounds like a scam to me. And if a piece *was* missing from a sealed puzzle, I would suggest they take it up with the manufacturer, not with you. And though it is odd to get a brand new puzzle with a missing piece, I once get a puzzle with an *extra* piece. Very odd.
Since you don't have many comments yet.. I do have a question.. which may relate to the first viewer question about free shipping. I am a Canadian seller and do not have an eBay store subscription at the moment. When you open up to edit listings, it doesn't look like mine at all. Is it different with a store? I can't add shipping options to individual listings. I can only do it via business policies. I'm personally fine with that but may explain why the first viewer was having trouble.
Hello from Germany 🙂... I am a private seller ( with tax number ... here in Germany private sellers don`t pay fees at all ) and while listing I can make a small film for my produkt with my phone 😀.........
That explains what happened. I bought four DVD's for movie night with my girlfriend and her daughter. The daughter was given the honor of choosing which of the four kid's movies to watch that night, and of course the one she chose would not play no matter what device I hooked up to the TV. As it was clearly her favorite of the four, I contacted the seller and asked just that. I wasn't looking for a refund, I was hoping the seller had another copy. I found it rude that I got no suggestions or an apology, just a refund. I put it down to being someone without people skills, but knowing this now, perhaps I judged them too harshly and they assumed too much about me. I bet I am on their blocked list.

Now he just wasted a lot of money on it 🙃

Sounds like you are the scammer. Blocking potential customers on a dime is such a poor business choice as well.
LOL! I had to change the call name for mine due to all the "Alexas" being spoken on TV & YT. Too funny!
I often wonder when collecting inventory if I might get something haunted and I bring it home 😅
I only hope when it sells, whatever is attached to it goes with it 😂😂
I think the reason some odd things sell so quickly is because people have saved searches and get notified when a new item matching their search is listed
Had a buyer say that an item was missing. I asked for photos of what they received but they wouldn’t. I asked for them to ship it back; didn’t want to do that either. Reported me to eBay. I just wanted proof before I send anything
This happened to me last week and did exactly what Justin recommended. Haven’t heard from this buyer since then.
Also consistent listing of at least 3 to 4 items a day will also help. eBay likes activity on the sellers side. More you list a day helps.
Thanks :)
Bates is one of the brands authorized to be worn by U.S servicemembers, and some were also issued to soldiers by the military.
Bates shoes and boots are police boots and security. We use them everyday. And expensive. But common tactical boot for men and women in law enforcement. So good buy
Good advice, I agree with everything you said.
Glad you enjoyed it!
+100 Never, ever give a partial refund. Most of the time, it's a scammer. Many people call garage sales "estate sales".
As a globe collector i have never seen that one!
thank you! I collect globes too :)
Bates shoes are the makers of military and police shoes. They are expensive. I have a pair like you sold and new it is close to $150.
Do you use a phone or a camera for your pictures. If so, please tell me which brand.

Are you saying the less views, the less ebay shows the item?
I've had the same thing happen to an item that was not competitive. Most sellers have so many items that they wouldn't have the time to keep track of competition like that. I remember hearing something that after a buyer makes a purchase, ebay will show them related listings that may be the same item but cheaper, so they cancel and go buy that one. Thanks, ebay.
@@bobbiellison4315No, I was bummed that buyers who were interested and may want to come back to buy it won’t have history of having seen it before to be able to find it again easily.
@@SammzorThis makes sense to me! Hoping this is the case rather than sketchy sellers…but yeah, eBay is not doing us favors there! 😂
You sound like a top notch seller ❤ you went above and beyond before blocking.
Justin, very timely video! Thanks!
Using Business Policies for shipping might be more streamlined, since you can define a policy that already has multiple ship methods.
I'm excited for Q4 but also wary of all the potential returns 😅
Do you know if situations like a NAD case claim and return can affect your algorithm on eBay?
The easiest way to upload a video to eBay is thru your phone. You take the video with your phone and then you add it like you would a photo. Super easy. Keep it under 14 seconds for easiest uploading!
Call me skeptical, but it's possible the buyer dropped the baking dish on the floor and it wasn't broken in shipping. Something we'll never know. A baking pan scam 😆
Thank you for answering my question 😎
Biggest reason to have free returns is to save 10% on all your fees more than pays for the returns
Not if I can avoid it!
@@justinresells it’s love and hate!
15:15 Haha, what a coincidence. I sold an Ooma device just a few days ago. Maybe the company put out an ad recently.
How do you test all of these used electronics, it must take forever ?
Background music is on point. (So is the vid!) TY
I take my photos on my phone and list on desktop. If I take a video of a product I just email it to my self and there it is super fast!
I can’t imagine USPS would take the blame for inadequate packaging. I think insurance is for extreme circumstances or loss.
What can we do about this?"
"Hello! I'm sorry you're having issues with the item. Please initiate a return & ship it back. I'll issue a full refund upon receipt of the item."
*crickets* 😂😂
Why does eBay even have the option to accept returns or not if buyers are always able to return an item for a refund?
Very odd.
Because of your knowledge drops Justin, I've had 3 requests of partial refunds & denied all 3 but did suggest them to return. Crickets 😂👍
Then what happened?
Ebay is a HORRIBLE selling platform regardless. Greed out of control with no value of customers or sellers
ta ROH cards and it is just superstition to think they bring bad luck when one sells them. Awesome content, as ALWAYS! thanks!
Another great video! Thanks Justin.
My Echo Show just went off and Alexa told me she couldn't find a group called Basement Lights. LOL
🤣
oops!
What if the items are the only one so. There are no comparisons
Thanks for another great video
because you had no malicious intent with the selling of the tarot cards - no need to worry about any bad luck -
phew!
@justinresells 😂 I was holding my breath too! ❤ oh boy
I most certainly could be wrong, but I thought you had to pay extra to upload a video for an item. Looking for comments to clarify, with thanks.

Did the buyer smash your plate and send it back when they couldn't get it for free?
It looks weird indeed...🤔
Trusting eyebrows and a well groomed beard I'd believe anything Justin says.
It’s not bad luck, it’s satanic, definitely stay away from tarot, ouija, etc.
All my Alexa's came on within earshot. Doh!

TH-camr mistake number 1: Don’t say Lady A’s name in an unedited fashion so that you don’t cause every viewer’s device to go trigger.
oops!
Never negotiate with terrorists (bad buyers)
That’s just a lie by Big Tarrot.
You Pay I Ship. Free Returns.. The End
Nice! This is informative and interesting, but you look really tired, Justin. I hope that’s not because of your eBay work?
Not “bad luck” but rather, demonic spirits, since the cards are the occult.
True
Isn't it all about intention? The person purchasing may want to invoke spirits. Justin just wanted to make a buck. I think he's perfectly safe!
