I just watched the George Michael Freedom Uncut Documentary, & this version of Fastlove was played near the start with embers & flames flickering at the bottom of the cinema screen. It was incredibly moving & beautiful, I've never heard this version & was shocked to find out it was Adele, because I really don't like Adele's music, but I have to say this cover is just stunning & she really makes it her own.

She executed it well in spite of the emotion and she also restarted the song in the beginning so you could tell she felt the pressure to deliver and really tribute his genius.
Don't care for this arrangement... the original hinted at sorrow but intentionally kept a more lighthearted theme about playing the field. He said he missed his baby but was quick to make the invitation to smash in his BMW 🤣🤣
