Already roof is like flat member to resist the bending in vertical we need a deeper section in vertical direction. and also we have to hold the roof and transfer that load via a proper member. since the load in truss roof is less the minimum section that can do this is angular member. Otherwise we would have used I section or C section.
Hello Sir Why are the secondary beams provided only in one direction? Plus, what is the meaning of the deck showing arrow in the opposite direction? How do we decide which direction the secondary beams should be provided? Regards.
