I can't wait to see more of your reviews! I've always noticed how you give an honest opinion . Great video. They really matched your lip balm tubes perfect. That was a awesome they had you send your lip tubes to them to measure the perfect fit!
MARLO yes that is so important! In the past, I had smaller trays that were just a little too tight and they would shrink my tubes from the heat of the lip balm mix. When I would try and cap, my caps wouldn’t fit anymore!
I really love this tray so easy to work with... Thanks for the review. They should make a smaller tray too so that small soapers like us.. but it's a lovely product. I would love to see more of these review

That green bowl brought back some memories. Our family used to have some exactly like it, just smaller (1L size) in the late 1990s

When I have used a flood tray for candles I didn’t need to move the container over each tube. I just poured in one spot,just keeping the stream slow do there were no bubbles

Wonderful, so glad your outgoing personality allowed you to present equipment. Love of your work is paying off with your barter. So many videos to watch. I believe I could find multiple uses for "FRANK". As1 grows older this tool might be a lifesaver literally. I'm thinking the Holidays are coming and some handmade soaps will make a lovely gift. I love making lip balms. Those smaller trays or some metal containers might work for the left over scrapings.

I like those videos, but I live in Brazil and we can't find those equipments here. So I prefer the soapmaking techniques and tips, showing the ingredients, how to combine them and the results of a batch of soap.
But honestly any videos you make are very enjoyable. Thank you.

Seams like you could just hold the pour can in one spot over the space between the holes, and just pour to fill the entire tray. It should spread out pretty quickly.
I use a pipette 🤯 this is a blessing

Oh les beaux gâteaux roulés suisses! 😅 Non mais sérieusement ce plateau est parfait. En passant, ton baume à lèvres est celui que je préfère dans la tonne que j'ai essayés. J'en n'utilise plus d'autres depuis.
Lune d'avoine merci! Nous aussi on AIME nos baumes à lèvres! Je crois que le secret est dans la qualité de la cire d’abeille et du choix de nos beurres & huiles 🌼

Could you just flood them though? Not spend time pouring into each tube but just dump the entire thing into the tray and then move it around with the scraper to make sure the liquid makes it into each tube? I feel like that would be faster haha but I'm impatient

Went ahead and ordered the lip balm tray which is $225 Yikes right. Well if it makes the job faster than yay but here’s the thing. After sending in the lip balm tubes and waiting two weeks I get an email saying they need me to send them $100 more because my “standard” tubes need a custom tray. First off the $225 is for a custom tray and no where on their site does it mention an additional fee. Sneaky company.... which is sad because some of their stuff looked useful but won’t be shopping there anymore. Buyer BEWARE the $225 tray is really $325 😳. Plus shipping.

Would the smaller lip balm molds be useful if you wanted to melt and pour the scrapings? You likely save them for another batch, but on less popular flavors?

What labels do you use for the lip balm tubes? Do you have them printed professionally or print them yourselves? I'm having a horrible time getting any of the ones that I've purchased and printed myself to stick to the tubes no matter what I do!

Do you add the vit E and flavoring when temperature is still hot, above 60 C? I have tried to wait until temp < 60 C and it just started thickening and not pouring to the bottom of the tubes. It was a major disaster!

Does this come in smaller sizes not every business is running at large scale.
