25 Years Later: Murder Conviction with No Body - Cold Case Investigation

- Today we investigated two vehicles we located underwater in Augusta Georgia possibly related to a missing person case from 25 years ago, William Alvin Hamilton.
More info on the case:
William "Al" Hamilton has not been seen since the early morning hours of August 15, 1998. Hours later, Hamilton's house was damaged by a suspicious fire and his car and several bags of coins were missing. In the home, investigators found bloodstains on a bedroom's ceiling and walls that were evidence of the infliction of severe blunt force trauma on a human being, but Hamilton's body was never found. In 1999, appellant Rodney Richardson, the ex-husband of the victim's girlfriend, was convicted of the malice murder of Hamilton, burglary, armed robbery, arson, and theft by taking. He appeals the judgment of conviction.

Around 10:14 the light shines on a pile of debris under the car. It looks like femur bones. Probably just sticks or car parts, but please check it out if you guys go back to pull these cars out. Thanks for keeping up the searches!

I thought I saw bones in 1st car.
I think that's too small to be a femur bone (even broken), compared to Jeremy's hand when he shines on it. Probably a funny shaped debris. Ofc it could be a different bone as well. Worth checking it out I think.

I read online the murderer came home with red clay dirt on his shoes. If that helps at all. Also it seems he owned a tow truck since he tried to run William over before with it.
Were they the same shoes that he ditched at his ex-mother in law's house?

Visibility was quite great, clear and both of the vehicles were quite smucked from either accident or demoed out before taking them down. I had an '86 ford Tempo. Im a chevy girl but it was only $200 in 1998 lol. They rust bad so it may be hard to find anything left of it under water. I hope yous do solve this case.

No the tow company gets recycling rights
If it is A Ford it is a pile of crap. Tempo or not. All fords are a pile crap. I know I own a ford. The only good thing about A Ford is if the engine knocks you can still drive it. If a chevy knocks you better get a motor FAST CAUSE it won't run long at all till it breaks down on you.

I wonder if the rebreather system might save these guys some air/tanks on these quicker dives. I think jiggin with jordan and dallmyd have them. Not sure how well they work but might be something someone could get them.
