I’m a sixers fan but man I really respect the Miami heat organization, UD is just the ultimate OG man, you can see why that organization is always successful, shoutout to Tyler herro for having a great year.

People forget that this dude still plays 33 minutes a game and takes the most shots averaging 21 5 and 4 a game. Absolutely owns other teams' second units at the end of 1st and start of 2nd quarters, also end of 3rd and start of 4th's. And along with that he plays crunch time minutes as well. Dude has gotten so much more consistent this past season and it shows. 45% FG 40% 3PT 87% FT

@@sjj1044254 Because people assume bench players don't play big minutes and don't take a lot of shots, that's the stereotype that casuals will go with most often. I mean if you aren't a Heat fan you would most likely assume that he might be playing in the 25-28 minutes a game range and Butler would be taking the most shots on the team. Tyler plays just as much minutes as the starters and gets buckets

Agreed! But hopefully he becomes a starter at some point. Life long 6th man isn't an insult. But at some point, he could probably be a starter if he keeps winning it or being runner up. Ginobli, Crawford, Lou Williams, Lamar Odom, and Ron Artest were all players that could have started for several teams when they were nominated for 6th man.

I see where you’re coming from but I feel like herro is the type of guy that can get distracted pretty quickly, especially in Miami and with that culture if he embraces this 6 man role, he can do more good than bad for his career. I think he could start on another team but I can see Pat Riley and spoelstra telling him that he can be the guy in this role for years to come in the league for the heat since he’s still so young.

It’s so crazy man, gna be 31 in a few weeks, and the last few years seein these young kids make in into these leagues, it’s almost mind blowing in hindsight what they are able to achieve by that age. Ppl like to pretend athletics is some kind of easy god givin thing your born with, but it’s not that simple. I have a great athletic body, easily put on muscle, but never got close to the consistency to even scratch the surface of any athletic ability, after 10th grade I just stopped working out stopped playing sports, the time some of these guys have to dedicate to their craft is amazing, and it’s the one thing in my life I will always regret I never gave enough effort.
