    In my part time job I give viewings and potential tenants are only provided 10 min per viewing, and when it’s a 4 bed detached it’s hard just to view it in 10 mins. Definitely advise to have a second viewing to double check and take video or photos

    Just take her along and see how much of that tick list she gets through in 15 minutes. Does she have any idea how competitive the rental market is? I had a viewing once where they started reeling through their list of demands. I had 8 viewings booked and suspended the advert after 80 enquiries in half a day. Of course I understand that you must be careful to ensure that the property is right for you but most of the work is done before and after the viewing, not during. Of course if you are a buyer then the transaction is entirely different and a second viewing is a must.
