The music video was created and dedicated to his Ex girlfriend whom they broke up in the burning photo (His first ever girlfriend and now his wife). He puts the MV really bare because he wants to show his emotions to win her back and he didn't want to show off anything but the sad emotional feeling of missing someone. Well he won her back.

It's a sad ballad about a break-up. He is haunted by the memory of his ex-girlfriend. It is a somber vibe. I can see how some may not relate or vibe with sad songs. But when you think of the era it came out, and the music around that time, it was an iconic song for many. Thanks for listening/watching. Taeyang has great vocals and talent, no doubt. Glad you were open to it. Check out "I need a girl", "Ring a linga", "Where you at", or "Only look at me." Those are some of his older songs. Maybe one of them you can vibe with more. 🙏

TAEYANG is a kpop legend..He’s the reasons why I started listening kpop over 10 years ago. His song wedding dress,I need a girl,I’ll be there and more are just top notch
Sorry you did not feel it on this version. To me, this song is mellow compared to the duets.
There is also an English version. I am not saying you need to react to each of these versions, but if you do not give it one more chance, you will be missing out just a little bit. I love the next three versions better than this original clip, but I still like this clip a lot.

I came here because he has a tempting face, eye candy for sure however I didn’t feel the French connection and to be honest (no offense to anyone) but you have people who can sing then you have people who can really sing sing 🎤. I’m not personally against Taeyang, more power to him however I’m not invested in him because he doesn’t stimulate the waves of my braincells musically. I’m a deep person and if I don’t feel the eargasm what do you expect me to do, force myself? I did say my ears are picky as hell. I have been disciplined and living in that world most of my life so I know the ins/outs so don’t take it personally. Oh and tonyghee I’m not a dude I’m a woman who happens to love EXO and that logo is D.O. who introduced me to the world of K-pop. I don’t expect anyone to like them just because I do. You misunderstod me. EXO does have amazing vocalists . I feel like SM has probably the best vocalists in kpop .
