- In this video we look at the different exhausts fitted to the Range Rover Sport L494 - the Diesel and also the 5.0L petrol. We look inside the silencers of the 5.0 L exhausts. We also look at how to cut the exhausts to fit the SVR tips.
Hi Have you had the diesel adapter made yet for the exhaust tips? Also do you have a link to the SVR tips you bought?
Its easier to cut the hanger off and the chrome tip off and slip the twin pipe on 👍
So is the clamp not necessary? I wouldn’t want my exhaust bouncing up and down.

On my V8 Sport, will my exhaust note change much if I swap my stock mufflers for SVR stock mufflers?
The problem with the SVR exhaust is that it has flaps that are driven electronically and your car does not have the system to drive this.
@L663 True, but can't that be bypassed with a simple positive/negative open/close switch?

I haven't got a Range Rover and I've got no intention of getting a Range Rover but I do like watching these videos , I think it might be all the enthusiasm that comes across ! 😊👍

maybe its the SC that goes straight ? i it may be non supercharged petrol is down.

powerfulukltd brilliant! I’ll look forward to that, I’m looking into retrofitting svr back boxes with Chinese sourced actuator/motors fitted to the valves as the oem ones would be a nightmare to figure out. Thanks for the time you put into these videos, your a god send to messers like me lol
