The Sims 4 Dream Home Decorator New Mill Family Home Stop Motion | No CC
New Mill Family Home is a modern gable style home with contemporary furnishings and was built on The Old Mill in Evergreen Harbor. It has 2 bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and 1 1/2 baths. It is perfect for a small family and a pet.
Please use bb.moveobjects right before placing. It is best to be on the lot desired for the build, enter the cheat bb.moveobjects and then place house -placing houses from the world map view can result in missing objects, doors & windows even with move objects on.

The shower and bath was such a cool idea! I wish we had more shower/bathtub combos or we could make our own that worked. I’m always looking for more shower/bathtub ideas for small bathrooms.

Hello! I realise this video was posted a couple of years back but I’m hoping you see this comment ☺️ I found your channel about a month ago and have watched so many videos - your builds are amazing! I’m trying to get better as a builder so have recreated (or at least tried to) a couple including this one - I just wanted to ask your advice where I’ve got stuck.
1) I can’t seem to make the pool functional - it looks the same as yours but they won’t get in. Could I have done something wrong with the platforms?
2) I can’t seem to stop the roof eaves clipping through the wall.
3) I can’t for the life of me recreate the office set up functionally, at 5.17. I’ve followed one of your tutorials but I can only get the pc to work with a shorter chair, which then floats 🙈 Do you have any ideas?

Q1. Are you using a ladder? When you use platforms around a pool you have to use a ladder or leave a tile free without a platform. With the ladder, make sure only 1 sim uses it at a time. If multiple sims try to get in the pool at once you're going to get the arm waving animation.
Q2 - Are your rooms complete rooms. If you click on a room wall does it highlight the entire room? You can retrace the rooms with the wall tool, take the roof off and set aside and then put it back on. Some trims will clip through walls no matter what and you'll need to chose another trim.
Q3 - What are you using for the desk that the PC is on? You need to use an island counter (the ones with the overhang) th-cam.com/users/shortslT7-wRf96JA

I did have a ladder but it was too close to the edge. Fixed the pool and roof issues by making the trims thinner!
The third one took me longer - super helpful video but took me ages trying to grab the counter at the end. I know someone commented there are desks in the game but learning new things is so satisfying 😊 The Sims definitely helps me switch off after a stressful day - thanks again!

You need TOOL mod to get it that small - You don't need TOOL mod to download the house, everything will stay rotated /scaled without the mod. There is a link in the video description =)
How did you do the fallen pot with the fountain near the pool?
Can I ask how you made the photo garland in the nursery? I want to do something like that too. unfortunately I can't even hang the photos at 45 ° :( i love that
