    Love those blending colors that you have used ❤️Yes in some areas you must wait for it to dry and then continue I find it helpful to use a hair dryer so that I can see where exactly the additional final touch must be inserted Thanks 👍

    First off, absolutely love your videos. Been bingeing them since I started watercolor recently and they’ve been super helpful! But I have one issue that is haunting my watercolor dreams...how much water to use, both on the paper and in the paint. From what I get from your videos as well as some others, you want the paper pretty well saturated with water without large pooling. Everytime I try this my colors just. won’t. bleed. It seems like the only way I can get my colors to start bleeding out well is if I have so much water that I’ve got large pools, and I don’t want that. Would you maybe consider doing a video where these basics are all you cover? Maybe a close up side profile of the paper we can really see how much water is going down? Also maybe what the proportion of pigment to water should be when mixing your colors and how much to load up the brush? I’m using tube paints if that’s helpful. Sorry for sounding demanding lol. I’m just loving painting and I can’t for the life of me figure this out over all the videos I’ve watched and some form of in person tutoring isn’t an option these days.

      Its so hard to show on video as so much of it involves practice! I will say that higher quality watercolours tend to yield better results :)

    Can you use regular watercolor pans for this style?

    Do you essentially turn your tube paints into liquid watercolours?

    • @whitehouseart7880
      @whitehouseart7880  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. I keep them wet most of the time as i paint every day :)

      @@whitehouseart7880 thanks! I’m going to try it with some cheap tubes that just crumble when they dry! Love your painting style! I’m trying to learn loose watercolour 😒 it never works out lol
