77 yo cis male. Side comment on growth spurts. I think about mostly 13 and 14th years. Completed a few months into my 9th grade/14th year. I think girls go the puberty and stop growing a bit earlier in U S, at least around 1960. My father, however, grew about 2 inches when he was 17 or 18. A relief for him, he topped out at 5’5”. So hard to say what is normal.

In complete androgen insensitivy syndrome the receptor is completely insensitive and you express a female phenotype and a lack of secondary sex characteristics.
