Ahhh, nice. I put a Kronos spring in mine, but I didn't even try to put it over the stock spring, I just switched them out. Have you run it through your Chronograph? I'd love to know what numbers you're getting! And definitely take the break action shroud thing off, I did with mine and there's no going back!
Nerf Gun Attachments I was actually going to suggest he check out what you did with the shroud. When I get around to picking one or two up, that is what I want to do.

I have a plan once I can get my hands on a tribreak and its to modify it to be a shotgun and after it fires the darts the front end springs open and so its gonna be a lot of testing but it seems useless but fun anyways lol

The buzz bee clip tek is like the rapid fire tek, but is direct primed via slide on the top of the blaster (where the plunger tube is)
I've done a nerfturf twinshock, I knew things would get interesting when I saw the thumbnail... I'm up to 6:27, good luck with the hot water bath! >:)

holy crud I did the same thing and it couple of shots almost broke my handle stress factors so you are the Magic k-26 Man, and how did you get the back of that off so easy it look like yours wasn't even solvent welding LOL my must have been made slightly different.

Possible suggestion: with my modded mega darts I put in a dart tip like from xplorer x-tips (pushed through the little holes in the mega dart tip) to help give the megas a bit more weight and accuracy, while not nullifying the point of modding the mega blaster.

Hi Captain, I know I'm several years late but this video has been helpful when modifying my own Twinshock. How did you get the stock springs off the plungers? I can't seem to find a way to get the plungers off so the springs can come off.
I probably threaded it off the side.
On the Twinshock, I think an angled grip would look better and be more comfortable with the barrels extending below the top of the priming handle.
Also,wat catch spring should i use for a big bag bow with stock,3.2 inches of k26 and a alpha trooper spring ,thanks

Hey Cap, have you heard about the Infimus? Apparently, it has a system for topping up its magazine, like a Quick 16 with removable mags. It will apparently cost a fortune because Hasbro, but I think you will want to isolate that mechanism and figure out how to make one for EIR.
I have seen the speculation videos but I put little stock in speculation. I am looking forward to seeing it and if there is a new system I will certainly look into it. :)

is it possible to modify the rotofury to use flywheels instead of plunger tubes to effectively make it a mega barricade? because it would probably be extremely effective. Also, has anyone made the mastodon fire rival ammo yet
I will say what I always say to these "is it possible" questions. We literally have spaceships, back-flipping robots, and self-driving cars....so yes...it is possible. ;) And I have not heard of anyone making a Mastodon fire rival.
Nice to see these and how you worked them. I have worried about getting into the TwinShock because I have seen/heard that it is complicated. Also that it has issues going back together with K26 in it. Any advice?

25mm orange electrical conduit works as a barrel for mega darts i know that much and is a nice fit which i use in a buzz bee ultimate missile blast tanked longshot for single sniper shot.

Captain Xavier .98 of an inch electrical conduit outside diameter has an inner diameter perfect size for megas and is orange in colour. Just flare out start of pipe to allow easy insert of dart.
Some one mentioned that. I will have to try and find some. The issue is fitting that into an existing barrel.
Is there a way to make the break action prime the blaster?
Spaceships, robots, self-driving cars. Anything is possible. Would it be easy? No.

Twinshocks area to the aft of the grip turns out to be empty. Nerf wasted a lot of space there. They could have shorten the butt and give it stock attachment instead.

Hey I was wondering.... what's the point of brassing a nerf barrel or replacing a nerf barrel with a brass barrel?
Brass barrels make an air tight seal around the dart so that when it fires, all the air is pushed out from behind the dart giving it the maximum amount of power.
My guesses are no for the tri-break and yes for the twinshock.
What is the length/coil number for the Twinshock's K26?

So, if/when the twinshock dies, I think that would be an amazing platform for dual panther tanks... I know air power doesnt play well with smart AR's on elite blasters, but maybe it would work better on mega, being there is a bigger airway?

Captain Xavier that's a good idea, and if your good enough you could in theory always have a tank full, half pull, wait a tick, full pull. I might need to get me a twinshock now, I was gonna avoid it because I didn't care for the looks but I like that idea.
Ah, I remember back in the day, episode 1 of can it take a k26, that's when I modded my first nerf gun, turbo-stocked my long-strike,
Make it shoot demolished rockets, and reload off of a spring double pump system, with stock attachment with less body, and centurion style handle/stock #Modular

I wouldn't be surprised that a Whistler Micro Dart (both styles: Original "Captain Xavier" scheme [Black body, orange tip] and N-Strike scheme [Light Orange/Peach Body, black tip]) or the Tagger Whistlers (from the Dart Tag Yellow and Black line) would fly erratically if you fired them from an over powered blaster as well, because of the similar design to the Megas (Only with 1 hole instead of 2). It does stink though that Nerf effectively killed off those rounds with the move to the Elite line and Dart Tag dying off, even if I get why they did it (Wouldn't be surprised if a kid tried to fire a Whistler or Suction dart through an OG Alpha Trooper at one point, as well as we're getting more CS compatible blasters nowadays instead of single shots, Cylinder, or 'turreted' blasters)
LOMDR Craft Dragon oddly enough the old school taggers are still the best option for blowguns
The Orange/Green team colored ones I take it? I can see why. Though, I do remember even some of them whistling out of the blasters that don't take Streamlines, even the reverse plungered N-Strike blasters. About as pronounced of a whistle that would come from a streamline styled dart, though (Small air release hole. I call elites Streamline-styled even though they have a MUCH shorter core than the original streamlines that made it so you couldn't use them in some blasters for...reasons [Original Streamlines, of course])

You know a sidestrike will take K26 but the rod and slide needs reinforcing, after the 100th shot the catch can fail but just keep lubing it up and don't over do it and it'll last

For the lightake mega darts being to small you could mate the head of a lightake mega and the foam of a nerf mega

Nope. Smart ARs don't shotgun well. Too inefficient.

@@CaptainXavier im talking about retaliator spring upgrade, like the 9kg spring from worker. Aliexpress does not sell any nerf springs but retaliator's.

I still think that might be a downgrade. Mega blasters have really heavy springs because they fire such larger rounds. But they would probably fit but having never tried I cannot say for sure. If anything they might be too short.
Can the Kronos take a k26 and also can the crossbolt take a k26.

What if you made the Twinshock a 10-shot shotgun with elites and a spring stronger than a K26?
Then you would have a 10 dart elite shotgun with a heavier spring...
