I just got a taramps smart three on two 12 inches and I think it sounds great 👍🏿 I might have turned it up a little to much though...clicked it into protect a few times😅
This is a great tutorial! And the best part is that you were brave enough to include your mistakes. You might save some people's fingers by showing your mistakes with the tablesaw. Bravo dude this gets people building.
I can't lie, the PVC pipe trick for laying out your radius was pretty damn slick. Im gonna have to build one. The natural cool jumps for my Rustler, end up being little bumps for my XMAXX. Takes a lot more to get it off the ground. Damn dude, that kick back was gnarly!! I bet that hurt like hell to bark a shin like that.
Thanks for the getting a proper curve trick. I built a 20" × 4'×4' with a 45°lift after the transfer and I built a back flip wall on the back side of the ramp. Thanks man
always happy to see a table saw incident end with barely a cut! Those puppies are scary AF!! also awesome video and tips, im going to try and make a 30 degree ramp for my mojave grom with this method
dude your house/yard is just plain beautiful so many nice trees it must be so peaceful there to sit outside on a nice 64 degree day with a slight breeze
Hey man just want to thank you for your video. I'm a DIY disaster but my mates son watched your video and made me a primo plywood ramp. It jumps so nice and smooth. Now I can start working on my backflips with my Arrma Big Rock and Vorteks.
I second that on the care. I had to get my finger reattached because I was lazy on a table saw. It’s not worth the time savings. Great tutorial!!! Solid!!!
Thanks! I had a pretty good idea of what needed to be done when I was helping my daughter build her rc launch ramp but your video added some awesome tips like magic ratio, pvc curve, fitting both pieces on the same cut etc. We just finished painting and she is way excited to send it! Thanks again!
Like to see some 6s rigs fly off that bad boy! Beautiful ramp only downside is moving it around lol like to see a collapsable ramp for traveling bashing on the go. Definitely will use that pvc idea for the perfect launch. Could make a perfect kicker with that method!
I've already made a ramp but I want to make a bigger one because the one I made was too narrow. Coming from a carpenter here, if you ran you the luaan plywood the other direction, it would be easier to flex and you could do it in one piece. Nice ramp! I'm heading out to the garage to make one now.
Thanks for the vid dude. Getting back into RC myself. Found out a couple co workers at my new job have RCs. Dusted off my e Revo Brushless edition, we've been having a blast
Great ramp. Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this already but you need a riving knife on that table saw. Keep pushing with your 2 hands will eventually make the left bit bind to the blade and this time your face will be right above it.
👍 I used to build stuff like that for sk8ting. Little kicker ramps we would ollie over a bunch of 50 gallon barrels or wall ride off them or other cool tricks back in the day.
Dude how dope is it to find you over here on the RC car channel Knowing how much I love you on the car audio channel!!! Bro I was just a killer show this weekend it was ruckus and chill in Fayetteville North Carolina I live outside of Fayetteville now anyway nothing like slamology but it was still badass nonetheless and had a couple of friends from Evansville Indiana we're slamology is or close to where it's slam is. Anyway going to get to watching this video thanks a lot man Glad to see you here
Brotha ALWAYS hold the right side that is against the fence! As soon as i saw you hooks the left side I knew that was gonna cause a bind and kickback. But don't beat yourself up too bad, I'm a contractor and had a kickback last week being lazy and doing a cross cut when I should've just used my jigsaw.
Built my first ramp tonight following your video. Thanks man 👍 can’t wait to paint it and put the finishing touches on 😎 I’m gonna be adding holes in the side for rope handles to carry it easier. I made mine 42” long x 22” tall x 36” wide. I have a feeling I’m going to be making a few more of these in the near future
I was thinking about transportation of this heavy ramp and thought you could get caster wheels and mount them to the back so you can just lift the low side and the wheels would hit the ground and you can roll it!
Mount your rope to one of the cross bars underneath so you can tuck it under when using it and pull it out and drag the ramp when its time to put it away.
Sorry exo, I hate negative Nancy’s, but.. Quite a few of us don’t have the extra/ scrap pipes.. space is at a premium.. home work is at a minimum.. love your videos and your happyness.. Just a thought.. a string (I know won’t work) or something. Or the proper math.. rather than relying on scraps of home Reno’s.. I’d personally love a condominium/apartment version wher it can fold up or something (I have picknic table that fold in half and still useful as half table w bench.) Just a thought But moreover Thankyous for the content and your joy that come through to make em special
Great job. Most people forget the paint, and it bothers me because I'm a painter. It's very important to preserve your ramp! Or you will be doing it again next year or sooner.
As someone totally naive to woodworking (but wanting to try this nonethelesss), can you please tell me exactly what kind of material the "cheap wood sheeting" is for the ramp? I'd watched some other videos making ramps where they suggested using multiple layers for that main part of the ramp, whereas yours does not, and so I just want to make sure I get the right stuff. Thanks in advance! :D
Well done looks awesome, pretty good grade of plywood you used there...but hey why not makes the job that much better. Thanks and gonna try one myself now...👍👍
Hey EXO I was planning on putting a wall in my Altima but had some doubts. Do you think a 2012 Nissan Altima is the right choice for a show/demo bass car? What type of car would you recommend for 2 18's?
Watching this makes me want to blow the dust off my traxxas revo 3.3 & hit some jumps! I also have a Hpi sprint flux 2 M3 that's very fast! After the video I'm dusting them off ! 👌
Thank you so much, i just built the same as your ramp and the angle is perfect. Tried searching many yt vids but none were as good as yours. My ramp works perfect for back flips. Keep up the great content. :)))))
When jumping RC cars, you have the ability to make them "roll" forward/backwards in mid-air just by accelerating and reversing, yeah? To control your landings. Or is it just luck of the draw?
Man I was literally thinking in one of ur last videos when I seen u using ur table saw he’s gonna get hurt from kick back. Look up videos on kickback injury’s and you’ll see how bad it can be. Stay safe brotha.
The perfect solution for BOREDOM... A quick DIY project 👍
Stay Tuned For More CRAZY CAR AUDIO VIDEOS! 😀
Still remembering, its smart 3 (taramps)
I just got a taramps smart three on two 12 inches and I think it sounds great 👍🏿 I might have turned it up a little to much though...clicked it into protect a few times😅
I know Im kind of off topic but does anyone know a good site to watch new series online ?
What car do have. And how is the bass van I haven’t seen to many videos
I swear exo's screwing skill is on point with everything he builds😵
This is a great tutorial! And the best part is that you were brave enough to include your mistakes. You might save some people's fingers by showing your mistakes with the tablesaw. Bravo dude this gets people building.
Great ramp build. Perfect timing as I just bought a rc truck yesterday!
Honestly EXO.... I am super impressed and jealous of your handy skills. From car audio, to rc, to wood working. You DA MAN!
You can do some sick skateboard tricks on that

Heading to Home Depot right to to get the stuff that I don’t already have. I am definitely building it according to your instructions
Great job. I like how you counter sink your screws. I do the same thing. The ramp came out perfect.
always happy to see a table saw incident end with barely a cut! Those puppies are scary AF!! also awesome video and tips, im going to try and make a 30 degree ramp for my mojave grom with this method
That peice you cut out at 4:22 would make a sweet mini long board
YES! PENNY BOARD PROJECT! youre a genius dude 👍
dude your house/yard is just plain beautiful so many nice trees it must be so peaceful there to sit outside on a nice 64 degree day with a slight breeze
Oof. That kickback on the saw! Gotta fear and respect what power tools can do to stay safer. Loved sitting through this build
Great vid! Using oil base primer will stop any bleed thru. Never use water base on raw wood.
EXO so ballsy including all his stupid mistakes, injuries, and ghetto-rigs. I love it!
Thanks for showing us this man, I built a pretty awesome ramp with my son yesterday after watching this. Many useful tips!

Just watching a couple of this guys videos, he's such a knowledgeable person. I hope I can be like him one day.
Thanks! I had a pretty good idea of what needed to be done when I was helping my daughter build her rc launch ramp but your video added some awesome tips like magic ratio, pvc curve, fitting both pieces on the same cut etc. We just finished painting and she is way excited to send it! Thanks again!
Thanks for the tips I followed your directions and it came out perfect! My kids are stoked.
What’s up EXO!!! Great work my friend!! Can’t wait to see the RC fly !!! Lol keep it up !!! Stay safe !!

I asked for this video a week ago youtube finally showed it.
I never knew you were into RC stuff, I've seen all your car audio videos but I never knew about this. Right on!!
Great ramp. Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this already but you need a riving knife on that table saw. Keep pushing with your 2 hands will eventually make the left bit bind to the blade and this time your face will be right above it.
Wow! I remember EXO videos from over 10 years ago!
Sick!!!! Can’t wait to make this. Thanks for the video. Great job!!!!
PVC idea is awesome!
👍 I used to build stuff like that for sk8ting. Little kicker ramps we would ollie over a bunch of 50 gallon barrels or wall ride off them or other cool tricks back in the day.
Great video. You made it look pretty easy. It's really all about making those first cuts for the ramp. OMW out to home depot now to get the wood
Awesome bro! I just got a bsd brushless, going to try this aswell thank you EXO!
Great video I'm about to go outside and build that ramp!
Dude how dope is it to find you over here on the RC car channel Knowing how much I love you on the car audio channel!!! Awesome mate! That saw table kickback is no joke hey.

Nice ramp!
If Mark at CAF is watching this, I think he had at least two heart attacks.
Ohh yeaa, Rc cars and big Bass!
Awesome. Thank you. Can’t wait to make one.
Lets go with more RC projects WOOOOOOO
I used to have one of those plastic ramps just like that for rollerblading and man you can get some serious air omg good times Bruce! :-)
DUDE that was a close call! It knocked the fence off of saw!
Sweet jump project. I love gorilla tape. If you use a heat gun or a hair dryer it melts that tape a little and will stick forever !
Awesome job! I'm going to build this myself.

Great video! Welcome to the Arrma Bashing Family!!! I have owned almost the entire Arrma line up lol. You need a 6s model next for sure!
Sweet ramp. Thank you for doing this.
I went a bit higher because I wanted more air, but used your technique & it’s just sic!
Sorry exo, I hate negative Nancy’s, but..

Nice Work, Bro!! Built Skate ramps back in the day, but never one for RC's. Gonna build this tomorrow...
"I love saving wood" I always give mine the beat down.
Napoleon Dynamite would say that's one sweet jump for sure 👍
I love it. Glad you did something you love .
Hahaha I countersink like that to, Brilliant!
Thank you very much for your advice!
Great video! Thank you for all the build tips. It’s fun you are so excited and motivated! Just built mine. 👍
Just built this yesterday using some tough plastic board that i had spare instead of wood. Hoping to test it using my Granite today 😀
I really need to build something like this. Maybe not as big. But I definitely need a ramp!
future reference if you want to help your lawn, dethatch it. loved the video!
Great tutorial, and funny, good job bro. Didnt fall asleep trying to follow you.
Such a great video. I watched it twice now. I will be building the same one just little shorter and longer. 👍👍
Ouch! Maybe put a riving knife into that saw if its available? Should help prevent blowback. That looked kinda savage 😱
Well done looks awesome, pretty good grade of plywood you used there...but hey why not makes the job that much better. Thanks and gonna try one myself now...👍👍
Thanks for this Exo!! While I'm in construction this makes it much easier!
We used to build 1/4 pipes for bmx freestyle ramps this same way many many years ago. LOL
Best video I’ve seen on the subject!
It looks so easy, I bet that if I try this it will end looking like a straight wall 😂
Amazing video! Thanks for sharing this, definitely helpful 🙏🏻
Hey EXO I was planning on putting a wall in my Altima but had some doubts. Do you think a 2012 Nissan Altima is the right choice for a show/demo bass car? What type of car would you recommend for 2 18's?
Amazing job! This video is a perfect guide to help make my own ramp! 👍👍
I recommend everyone to this link when they see my ramp! I just recently posted my backslash hitting this style ramp at almost wide open throttle!
Watching this makes me want to blow the dust off my traxxas revo 3.3 & hit some jumps! I also have a Hpi sprint flux 2 M3 that's very fast! After the video I'm dusting them off ! 👌
Great video and guide. I will be using this to make my new ramp
Looks sweet! I gotta build one of these!
Thanks for the tips!!!! 👍👍
I am definitely going to build this but thinking about on last coat of paint would add a little sand sprinkled into the wet paint for traction?
Great Job!!! Looks Awesome!!!
I see your a new england guy. I need To make me Some of these ramps. Nice video.
Thank you so much, i just built the same as your ramp and the angle is perfect. Tried searching many yt vids but none were as good as yours. My ramp works perfect for back flips. Keep up the great content. :)))))
Love it just got into rc cars! Picked up me and my boys one. Arrma senton 4x4 brushed 2s lipo lobe it!
When jumping RC cars, you have the ability to make them "roll" forward/backwards in mid-air just by accelerating and reversing, yeah? To control your landings. Or is it just luck of the draw?
Good video, I would have called it quits after the last screw went in.
Nevermind making ramps, just using a jig saw to make a relatively smooth cut is a skill in of itself! LOL
very good pointers!
Kickback is no joke. Use a pusher stick in your right hand to avoid pain haha
What?! I thought you were just an audio guy. Awesome man.
Very good job
Awesome video ! Fixing to order materials. What would you suggest far as types and sizes of wood I’d need? Thanks bro!
Great work! Now i got inspiration for nu future build
Man I was literally thinking in one of ur last videos when I seen u using ur table saw he’s gonna get hurt from kick back. Look up videos on kickback injury’s and you’ll see how bad it can be. Stay safe brotha.
Thanks for sharing
Thanks man that's really Helpful for me
Am I the only one who thought he was going to put mustard on the ramp? Great work! 👍
Awsome😳 men, 👍! Now i want to build one, thanks for the video😃.
Looks absolutely great! What's the largest car you've jumped off it? Any idea how much it weighs?
This is the second time I've used this vid to make my ramp lol.
Used to hit my launch ramps on a GT pro performer back in the day...then to the quarter pipe for big air...
