Bought this exact knife thinking I'd give the front flipper a chance...Nope!...Hate front flippers. This knife would be spectacular with a regular flipper or thumb studs...Tried and tried the front flipper and middle finger flick but just couldn't get it to work well enough to keep the knife. Not worth the effort for me. Great small knife and the blade is razor sharp. I Listed it on eBay within 15 minutes of receiving it. It must work well for others, but my 71-year-old fingers don't want to cooperate.
Ah yes front flipper is a hate it or love it. I will say nobody picks up a front flipper and is good at it right away. It's like riding a bike for the first time. Should've gave it a few days before selling. Once you get the muscle memory right it's fun but I also don't have 70 year old hands so I could be wrong
"Kizer always has a great factory edge". Uhh.. maybe I've been getting all the lemons. Out of 20+ Kizer knives perhaps 3 of those have been acceptable. The others range from mediocre to horrible. It's amazing to me that they can build nice looking knives but still don't know how to properly grind a blade and make it sharp.
Good looking knife, one of the better-looking knives in the series. I like S45VN steel. Good review. Thanks
Thanks for watching!
Making me want to get one now! Great review man thank you🎉

I got over 50 kizers and most of them came crazy sharp. Did you buy yours used?
@@Knifeaddictdillon I always buy them new. Primarily from one source online. Dunno, maybe I'm just too picky.
@RobNC-OG if you watch my shorts I use a Bess Tester on most of my new knives to show people who are doing the best.
