- Finally, this run is complete after 4 years. I started this run back in the summer of 2020 but lost interest for whatever reason and left it on my to-do list for years. I didn't play any Fire Emblem at all apart from beating FE8 casually once in 2022 since then, and of course LTCing was totally out of my mind for 4 years. 2 weeks ago, I coincidentally saw dondon's commentated 0% run being advertised on my TH-cam feed. That gave me the mental energy to sit down and finally finish the run. So a big thanks to him for giving me the motivation to finish this and his informative comments on various videos on the playlist. I promise it's nothing more than a coincidence that I finished this run with the same turncount as my FE9 Maniac 0% run. So I guess growths save 14 turns--my recorded growths run was 135 turns. Maybe my next project will be to speedrun FE9 Maniac? There's no LTC challenges left for me, having done all the ones that interest me.

Yep, Boyd really is the king of transfers 0% runs. I wouldn't expect that going in.
As for what I'd change about the run, I don't see any turn saves that wouldn't take hacking the RN seed (these are at least 1-P, 1-2, 1-4, 3-P, 3-11, 4-3) and I'm happy with the turncount of the run. I do think there are a few places I could improve on regarding reliability, like keeping Paragon in the Dawn Brigade to get Zihark to promote for 3-6. But I'm happy I got everything mostly right on my first playthrough.
My biggest regret, however, is my stupid transfers file, which I got 10 years ago from some unknown source. There were a lot of transfers that did not help (Mordecai, Lethe, Ike lacking HP and Res even though he can cap them, I think Jill can cap HP too without a Robe and Jill with HP would have been huge for 3-6) and these transfers (or lack thereof) actually made my life much harder. Ike lacking HP and Res for 4-4 especially really hurt. Get a better transfers file if you play FE10! I would definitely change that.
Finally, it also looks like Jill's performance has been unfairly shittalked in the FE community in the past 4 years. I hope this run makes it clear that (even non-transfers) Jill needs very little resources to play an important part in the team, with just a few resources like a Seraph Robe and/or Dracoshield she can snowball in 3-6 via Beastfoe and her Brave Axe. It's true that Zihark is better than I expected, but Zihark needs a lot of resources to get to that level as well (Paragon kept in the Dawn Brigade, level 10 to promote with a Crown by 3-6 is no joke!)--and Jill can shine far more than Zihark ever can with those same resources. - เกม

boyd is a five star unit
seeing Boyd #1 is cathartic after 15+ years of online arguments about if he’s any good in RD. I know the transfers helped, but his performance really was slept on back in the day.
This shows you don't need transfers for Boyd to be incredible. In a non-0% run he's gonna get 2 points of speed by 3-8 with or without a Speedwing. Apart from Shinon, Leonardo, Rolf and Nolan, he's the only person who can equip both Resolve and Adept, and he's a better candidate than Nolan.
Edit: I forgot the characters who come with Adept/Resolve for whom it costs 0 capacity until it's removed. There's Zihark, Soren, Tauroneo and Skrimir too. Out of those Zihark is your best bet, but he just needs Vantage for the DB chapters and Resolve is always better off with the GMs. And Adept is often removed from Zihark anyway.

Tellius series didn’t make a lot of money in Japan and Ike was considered unpopular so as much as many of wish, we worn get a remake of this again
It might have been the first FE I played but I loved it. Story, characters gameplay
I hear Awakening can scratch that itch I’m looking for
I don't think there's any need for a remake, the originals are fantastic as they are.
