You can make it like "Web and Mobiled Based XXX System for YYY" or "Web Based XXX System with Mobile App" Pwede iyon. Pero syempre, pa-check mo pa rin sa inyong adviser since sila pa rin naman ang magde-decide, hindi ako haha

sir may question lng po...base on the description and gyidelines n naread q is thesis is research and capstone is design...sa research sir is to investigate while design is to create the form and function of an object, system or interaction..
but in our case , research kami pro the panel are requiring us to develop a system/software..pro base on d description research is investigation...

Thesis does not necessarily mean na research lang ang gagawin doon. True, it might mean forming new knowledge na makakatulong sa academe, but still, you need to build some kind of proof na magsu-support ng thesis mo. And if you're a CS student, you would make something, you are expected pa rin to make a software or a combination of hardware and software to support your thesis. Ganoon siya.
