Man... yeah this one is more powerful than the Fire Chakra set. After going through the 1st chakra, then halfway through this one my arms and shoulders are on fire! My ears are literally vibrating and verberating from this!

It can be good as long as you feel it doesn’t get to you to much, in the beginning listening to frequency, I experienced all different kinds of uncomfortably from headache, sensations & feelings.
