Using a the infamous strongman one-motion technique for the log requires a fair amount of skill, timing, speed, and of course strength, but it can shorten the time between reps allowing you to fit more work into the minute time limit.

Thanks to you I understood that my mistake was to move my elbows too early forward and in fact I was with the Log detached from my chest in the final phase. Thanks for the advice. 🖤💪
