Give her a show to get her off of First Take. Molly is great at reading off the story, but terrible with interacting with other people on the show. It’s always so forced.
More recently she started mimicking this cookie cutter formula of saying how nicely dressed people are, but it doesn’t come off as natural with how often it’s used.
She also often interrupts people to make her presence known which hurts the show (excluding time management, which she needs to do because that’s her job). People don’t respect brute force approaches to being noticed. There are plenty of other women at ESPN who would do a better job.
