Please I request from you to do a video on how to host flask app on heroku because I realize that since I host my own personal blog with heroku using sqlite3 any time my colleagues post some thing I see it but within some hours then the data is lost from the database... Please what my browser does e the cause

If your application is large then Heroku will not let you save the data in the database. You would require a paid plan for it.
