I really enjoyed watching this video.I was born and bred in Blackpool. I owned a taxi on 'C cabs' when I was young fella from 1975.I have lived in Australia since 1985 and have never been back. The streets on here are the same as I remember them. Watching other videos of the streets in the South of the town was very sad to see.Litter and derelict houses everywhere. I still follow my beloved football team the 'Seasiders' but a little apprehensive of what I will see when I return next year for my first visit home.
You pointed out some good points even if they drop a skip of every 6 month they wouldn't be as much down the allys and they are some big houses on clairmont most of them down the road you walk down they been change into bedsit and flats great video and keep safe out there mate

Cheers mate
I was shocked at the state of the street behind The Park Hotel when we stayed there .I wouldn't like to walk down there by myself.
Sorry to hear that I didn't find it that bad but having said that I have never stay in that area of blackpool
You are entirely correct about the site of the former Derby Baths. It was the first in the UK to have an Olympic sized pool.
Cheers for that pal
