I think Hindustanis can lose against Franks Paladin+Halb, we saw it in TTL2 Jordan vs Ganji on Ghost Lake, though you could argue Jordan didn't play that one optimally. You could say Hindustanis Camel+HC should win but in practice the Paladins kinda distract the HC and the halbs shred the Camels.
axemen and pikes can counter camels, while knights can counter archers/HCs later on. franks have faster eco bonus that can be utilized much earlier so i think it depends on any players who can make use the eco bonus faster
