I don't think so, the omnivamp from gunblade doesn't just revert her dmg to allies, and if you had 3 gunblades in mind, im pretty sure she just instakills her allies and the heal wouldnt reach em

It's still no use, Gunblade only heals off 1 ally at a time. So the whole team would get exploded before she can heal up a target.
