bleeding is a common procedure aimed at removing air bubble from the hydraulic system on your vehicle.
Bleeding hydraulic brakes on a Zoom brake system or any hydraulic brake system is a crucial maintenance task to ensure optimal braking performance. Here are general steps to bleed Zoom hydraulic brakes:
tools that you need are
brake fluid
allen key 5mm
bleeding kit set
needle nose pliers
T-15 torque bits
T20 torque bits
clothe or towel
pliers
in this part first you need to allign the break lever in order to not to fill out the oil while bleeding using the allen key
next is setting up the syringe
remove the caliper and brake pad
setting up the funnel
in purchasing the break pad just make sure that the break pad is fit based on the model of your caliper
allign properly the break pad and insert to the caliper and then insert the pin, and use plier to lock the brek pad
press many times the break lever in order to remove the excess air bubble, once you will that the caliper grips properly to the disc, that is the time to stop the pressing the brake lever.
use stopper to the funnel inorder not spill the fluids while removing the funnel, use pliers to remove the funnel.
return the screws using t20 torque bits, tighten properly make sure the air cannot penetrate and no oil will leak in the lever.
