Crosscode is a great visual, but the gameplay is monotonous throughout the game. Unfortunately, in the new game from the developer, the combat is not much different from crosscode.
Legend of Dragoon would never be on my top 100 list of best JRPGs of all time. It is an "okay-ish" game and i like it a little bit, especially coz of its unique fighting-system, but besides that, it only has a mediocre story and gameplay to offer. There a hundreds of JRPGs that are WAY better than this. Sorry
