- Beyoncé´s "If I Were A Boy" performed by her original all-female band, and students from Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Featured vocalists are Crissy Collins from The Suga Mamas, Beyoncé's background vocalists, and Niya Norwood from Berklee.
As part of Berklee’s Signature Series, Beyoncé’s Original All-Female Band performed at the Berklee Performance Center for a 10-Year Anniversary Concert. Tia Fuller, saxophonist for Beyoncé and faculty director at Berklee, led the Berklee Beyoncé Band for several months of preparation. The overall journey culminated in an intense week of rehearsals with the ladies from Beyoncé’s all-female band, with a sold-out concert as a grand celebration for these outstanding women.
Beyoncé’s Original All-Female Band includes Berklee alumni Nikki Glaspie ’04 (drums) and Rie Tsuji ‘02 (keyboard), Boston Conservatory at Berklee alumna, Ebony Williams '05.

It started as an assignment for a class but after experiencing a few things at Berklee and learning how the industry works, I knew there was a need for what I wanted to provide. Real Entertainment Industries is a nonprofit educational agency whose sole purpose is to provide opportunities for artists to grow and fit their own mold. REI represents truth, integrity and authenticity in art. The mission of REI is to educate and develop strong work relations with artists on the East coast and soon across the country. We will offer educational seminars, master classes and courses in almost every medium and develop a vast networking system. REI will make it easily accessible for members to choose jobs they feel best fit them and will also offer faculty and staff assistance in choosing jobs as well. We believe in the full cultivation of the artist and that they should be able to live well by way of their passion.”
