I honestly love Jennifer, she is so sweet, and it seems like every dish she makes is always made of love.
She also smiles for her competitors when they get good critiques
Everyone in season 6 were absolute sweethearts
I liked David. Not only was he an amazing and talented chef he was respectful during his interviews
Can you imagine David didn't take anybodys name when Alvin asked him who's the weakest

David is the most Canadian among all Masterchef Canada contestants. He was always respectful towards his opponents & I never saw him badmouth anyone. Contrast this with MC USA.
Can we just agree that the fire and ice challenge had the prettiest looking plates in all of Masterchef? They look better than most finale plates IMO.

the competitors are so much nicer and more supportive/encouraging on this show, it’s so wholesome
David truly was an amazing person on the show. Incredibly humble, and with talent and hardwork to back it up.
On the other hand, you have trash like Dale from season 1 who just like to cause drama and he did not have the skill to back up his big mouth.

It's between it and Australia from what I've seen. Australia has the better dishes/challenges/lessons, but I do like a lot of the contestants from the Canadian one.

Claudio always gets the undercooked meat
he always gets the flawed plates in the. he gets the only dry pork belly in the season 1 finale, the only person that tasted aluminum from mai in the season 4 pressure test, the only plate with dirt on it in the season 5 finale, and the only undercooked lamb in the season 6 finale.

I often forget this is Canada until they talk temperatures. Hearing that guy say it's gets to -30's in the winter 40+ in the summer and I was like 40 degrees? That's hot? Then I remembered that this is Canada and they use metric....
