The majority of REIT loans are coming up for renewals and the current high interest rates will negatively impact profits and dividends for a long time. Not sure being long or in REITs is the best idea right now.

This single-product manager is telling you, the reason that Manhattan office buildings only have a 70% occupancy rate, is because they are B- Grade and C-Grade buildings. Really?? What they don't make sense, we have to stop nodding.
