- It's March and my 3rd Aliexpress roundup. I've got 5 fantastic watches that I've spotted this month. I've got gems from some of your favourite brands like San Martin and even some homages to incredible watches like the Khaki King.

My san Martin BB58 looks and feels like it could be Swiss.i absolutely love it . Its better than most of my seikos

Does the black dial Baltany trench style watch have an enamel dial? I really dig the small seconds hand and I don’t have any watches with that movement.
I just picked up that new Ixdao Ti diver that channels Lorier and it's one of my new favorites. Pt5000 and amazing finishing.

The Green San Martin is for sure a cracking looking piece but there has always been a sticking point for me .... that bloody hexagonal logo does my head in. I wish they would come up with something in a typeface that appeals to my eyes !!. The 6200 retro font suited that piece beautifully and yes I bought one. But until they change that logo or a no logo option, then unfortunately I'm out .
Really? That's pretty funny because my favourite logo they have is the hexagonal one. Absolutely love it! Guess that's why this hobby is so fun, so many different opinions.
@@JasonTheWatchGuy There is the old saying 'Opinions are like bum holes , everybody has got one ' 🤣. Crazy isn't it , put off a cracking piece because I can't unsee the ruddy logo.
I nearly bought the Sugess, I couldn't decide if the light blue was too much or go trad colour, so decided to wait. Was tempted by their automatic power reserve model which was about £50 in sale. Think I've got a problem! Thanks for the review

Those San Martin do look cool with some great colours available as well. I've reviewed their SN0135G model that has that similar style bracelet... Albeit with solid endlinks. The new smaller clasp on it is pretty sweet too. The quality is right up there... Just not quite Rolex level though 😉
Shockingly enough...there is a difference between a £10k watch and a £200 watch...haha!

that is not the Khaki King. The Khaki King has crown guards, that is the name indicator, the homaged watch is the simple khaki field auto.
Am I wrong, but isn't there 20% VAT to be added onto pre-check out prices on Aliexpress; so effectively £100 may not be £100?
You are, it depends on your country of residence I believe
Plus the price they show before you click buy, can be vastly different.
Have a Sugess on my list not a fan of this version with the lighting bolt seconds hand. I like the retro square subdials but this unfortunately doesn't speak to me although i know these are great deals.

@@JasonTheWatchGuy funnily enough it is the Stratton Speciale with similar retro vibes and square subdials that has grabbed my interest. There is however a Red Star bullshead Chrono that has really intrigued me.

I know alot of ppl love St Martin watches, personally thin hands on a Dive style Watch just don't work for me.
That's fair! Definitely worth looking at their bolder pieces
Personally I like dive watches on a small wrist because the bezel sort of lets you get away with the larger size as the dial itself doesn't look too big
I dont like st17 movements. I have one in a baltany, it grinds like a millstone if i wind it. Not all Seagulls are bad though, the st2130 is brilliant.

What the heck is going on at 2:08 🎉? This is obviously a fabricated image. The crown is on the wrong side and the watch is on upside down, based on the extrapolated thumb position. Poor showing by Addiesdive.
The rubber strap is uncomfortable - watch is very pretty - looses five minutes per day.
