This is the best video I've seen out of dozens of videos. Everyone just talks and points at the machine. You took it apart and showed every aspect , including the clacker valves in the bellows type. I've been searching for a good look inside of one for a long time. Thank you.
Jack is great at explaining drywashing one of the best, another great channel on drywashing is I Brake For Bedrock Adam and boulder Dash are great drywashers as well.
Thanks for the video. There are so many AI bots and creators who just go for clicks, both make super basic videos that just regurgitate the manufacturer's item descriptions and sales pitch, without actually giving any helpful info to differentiate, choose gear, and equally as important, impart wisdom from years of trial and error, success and failure. I'm in MN, so dry washing isn't gonna work ...but now I know that and why. With about 12k lakes, (close to 22k if you count basins over 2.5 acres) our soil isn't known for its dryness. We have very little gold and what we do have is flour gold from glaciers of the last ice age grinding and milling it down. MN has a lot to offer as a state, though I wish the prospecting was better.
10/24/2023 just getting interested in dry washing since I'll be coming to Arizona. Hoping to meet up with a group or couple of trustworthy people to get an intro to finding Arizona gold.
Good information. Good run down as well... AZ dry washing makes up for the efficiency factor by being able to run more material. And you can always turn the machine around and run the tailings back through to check to see if you missed anything in the first run. Different machines for different people and areas...
I dont mean to be off topic but does any of you know of a method to get back into an Instagram account?? I was dumb forgot the password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me
@Lance Westin I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and im trying it out now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
I have watched your video several times, and enjoyed it very much, when you came to the clods and said there was not much that could be done, I thought to my self HELP IS ON THE WAY. An EZ 1 Drywasher will help a whole lot, Thanks for watching Allen's video.
Dude, I really enjoyed your video. I watch alot of the TH-cam prospector greats and this ranks up there with them. Great info and watchability! I just subscribed and look foward to seeing more vids.
Jack: You need to have me show how the Mag-Zip gets rid of the "black sand" from the drywasher cons, BEFORE you ever get it wet in a pan. It cuts the volume in half and then makes everything that follows sooooo much easier and faster.
No wonder miners depot doesn’t have any dry washers you have them all. I have a gold buddy that usually works well leaf blower type. Looks a lot like the royal. I have wore out several leaf blowers, my current echo has lasted the longest
I would like to see a drywasher shootout series. That would be worth a video for each. please include the contact infomation of the companies. The various opinions people have of products are good because it helps others to figure out what they want. And please make that black sand video. The more ideas we have on how to process it the better off we are
The Thompson is a lite weight puffer style runs on a battery. The keen 140 runs on a leaf blower. I’ve used the 140 around the winnemucca area. Thanks and good luck.
I have a 151 s and my material wants to travel down the right side then halfway down moves over to the left side and then out I don't know what the problem is. Any ideas?
This is normal. A round fan in a square box. Just find the happy medium. Level riffle tray with about a 3” drop. Run motor just past half. Slow feed rate down. Put bumpers tight on box. Thanks for watching.

On a puffer style Drywasher they usually have a pulley that can be hand cranked. It’s a replacement to the motor. It can really wear you out cranking all day.
I like them all. What sets them apart is the easynest (is that a word) in set up, clean up and mobility. If I wanna move a lot of dirt the Keene 151. Light weight and easy to carry the Thompson. I do like the Keene 140 at times but I find the clean up harder to get try in and out. So my go to machine would be the Thompson. Thanks for watching.

Hi
What's drywasher replacement cloth for royal?
It’s called something like betice. A cloth store should know.

You think beatrice cloth?
@@GoldFeverAdventures
Sorry, I want the name of the cloth
I’m not sure of the name. It’s a Muslim cloth that don’t hold moisture. I thought the name is something like Beatrice

The tray is held by a latch in front. The cloth is underneath the tray.

Good information on dry washing. Did you say Arizona requires a 4 cycle engine?
No. No restriction here in AZ
I would like to know more about a hand cranked dry washer
On a puffer style Drywasher they usually have a pulley that can be hand cranked. It’s a replacement to the motor. It can really wear you out cranking all day.
So which one works best for you in Arizona
